This year has already been very successful for us with our April shows in Auckland and Dunedin bringing our biggest ever crowds. Feedback from both brides and exhibitors was really positive, reinforcing that exhibiting at The Grand Wedding Show is still a fantastic way to promote your business and make that all important connection with the bride.

Preparations are well underway for our Auckland show in September, which will again be held at the Sky City Convention Centre. We have improved the show layout again from our April event in this fabulous venue giving even more room for exhibitors and enlarging the central stage area for the fashion shows and seminars.

StandsAll stands are 2.4m high with black Velcro-receptive walls (excluding car sites), spotlights and carpeted floors.

Each stand has a 1200 x 180mm company name sign please make sure you indicate your requirements for ths on the Exhibitor Agreement form.

To obtain Diamond Exhibitor status, a company will need to:

Book a stand at two consecutive Grand Wedding Shows, andBook full page or double page advertising in the

two show publications.

To become a Diamond Exhibitor, simply fill out the relevant section in our Exhibitor Agreement Form.

SeminarsThis is your opportunity to be seen as the leader in your field and present a seminar on your product or service.

Seminars are open to all companies who have booked a site at The Grand Wedding Show.

Each seminar consists of a 20 minute presentation with 5 minutes Q&A afterwards. Seminars run throughout the day and are held in the dedicated seminar rooms on Level 5.

To keep the content fresh and exciting, only one company per industry sector will be scheduled to speak. This means that only one photography company, one venue, one videography company etc will able to do a presentation.

Seminar spots cost $500.00 plus GST and this covers your 25 minute presentation time, plus use of the seminar equipment provided.

To register your interest to feature in these exclusive wedding seminars, please indicate in the Exhibitor Agreement form enclosed.

You will then be contacted regarding your content. You will be required to submit the topic you wish to present along with an outline of your presentation so that we can select the best line-up of presenters and topics for the show.

Fashion ShowThe Fashion Shows are a major part of the day and attract a huge audience of brides. These shows are open to any Bridal or Suit company who have booked a stand at The Grand Wedding Show.

There are two Fashion Shows throughout the day, one at 11am and then another at 2pm. Both shows are the same.

Designers are allowed four garments to be showcased during these shows.

You will be provided with professional models that will have one fitting with you to ensure your garments fit correctly. All hair and make-up is provided, along with models shoes and flowers. You are welcome to bring any additional accessories you like such as veils, head pieces or jewellery.

The show is also run by a professional MC who will announce each designer.

Gowns are to be sizes 10 or 12, however if you have a specific size you would like to have modelled, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate this for you.

The cost to be part of the Fashion Show is $400.00 plus GST and this covers the entire day.

Due to the time frame of these shows, we are only able to showcase six designers so reserve your spot early on the Exhibitor Agreement form enclosed.

AdvertisingThis A5 magazine style book is given to every bride upon entry to the show. This guarantees every bride will take home additional information on your business and is a fantastic opportunity to maximise your exposure.

Advertising rates are as follows:

A5 Full Page $190.00 plus GST

A5 Double Page $250.00 plus GST

Gift Bag PromotionGift bags are given to the first 500 brides who come through the show and have become a sought after item! This is a great opportunity to provide samples, vouchers or other gifts along with promotional material for insertion into these popular bags.
