The Conference will take place at the

Delegate Fee Payment All delegates must pay through their enti-ty’s chief delegate. We will receive the delegate fee in only US Dollars currency. Kindly change your delegate fee to USD before arriving. Chief delegates are advised to receive delegate fees from every confirmed delegate before arriv-ing in Tanzania.

Y2B and Workshop sign Up Youth to Business (Y2B) is an initiative powered by AIESEC and aims to connect young leaders and businesses on relevant topics in the world to generate new, actionable ideas and thoughts fot the future.More than 160 Y2B fo-rums are being held every year throughout the AIESEC network.

Youth to Business Forum this year will be held in Tumaini University, Makumira in Aru-sha on 1st November,2014. It aims to connect the next generation of young leaders to organi-sations, businesses and governments in order to generate new ideas and thoughts about the fu-ture.

The theme for this event will be

“Growing East Africa” with op-porunities for companies and young people to meet in workshops. At these workshops there will be subthemes for the young people to gen-erate ideas and solutions to specific problems for the companies to implement. The output of this event will be shared with all relevant stake-holders in order to implement practical solu-tions to the problems facing East Africa and to capitalise on the opportunities that surround us.

Every Entity has been allocated a CC re-sponsible. We are creating a whatsApp group for every entity with the CC responsible. So delegates can post and inquire before and during the conference . The CC responsible will provide quick and timely responses. This is to enable us attend to every concern of our precious delegatea. Make sure you are added to your entity group.

Global Village

Global Village will take place on the first day of the conference where every entity will display their culture, share and learn from oth-er countries. There will country presentations, Cultural Dance and Cultural Display during Global Village. I am sure you are ready to show off your culture! Bring your country to Tanzania. Every unique thing about your country will be awe-some to showcase!

Theme Night

Day1: Country Party Show off your country attire during the party, Every delegate must put on their country wears for the party and bring country drinks and songs.

Day2: I’m Glad I’m not! Party You dress to reflect a career you don’t want to be. Your clothes should be able to tells us what you never want as a career. Example. Dress like a soldier if you never want to be a soldier.

Day3: One Piece; Two Piece Party This is an amazing party where boys are only allowed to wear one piece of clothes and girls are allowed to wear only 2 pieces of clothes. Please strictly adhere to the dress code of the party.Karaoke will happen during the one piece; two piece party. Day 4: Party Out (Party till you drop) The last party of the conference! This will be generally an open party after Gala Dinner so pack some party wears while going for Gala dinner.

NOTE: There will be strict measures to ensure that every delegate adheres to theme night rules. The CC will check delegates before entering the club- to make sure that the theme rules are observed.
