The Schools Division Office of Bulacan will conduct another recruitment procedure, evaluation, selection and hiring of qualified junior high school teachers to come up with a Supplementary RQA to fill up the teacher items for SY 2018 - 2019. The procedure to be conducted shall be in accordance to the provisions of DepEd Order No. 22; s. 2015 entitled "Hiring Guidelines for the Remaining Teacher I Positions Effective School Year 2015-2016". 2. The step-by-step procedure in the recruitment and evaluation of teacher-applicants is contained in Enclosure No. 1. 3. The composition of the Division Selection Committee is in Enclosure No. 2. 4. The applicants shall submit to Educational District (EDDIS) Screening Committee, headed by the EDDIS Chair, a written application and the required documents (See Enclosure No. 3- Omnibus Certification of Authenticity and Verification of Documents). Teachers who were hired through the Provincial or Municipal Local School Board (LSB) and funded through Special Education Fund (SEF) shall likewise submit a certification or proof of having hired as such for additional points in Teaching Experience. Teacher-applicants from private schools shall submit their clearances and certification of employment. 5. All teacher-applicants in SY 2017 - 2018 who were not listed in the Registry of Qualified Applicants may re-apply by submitting letter of intent and additional credentials / qualifications. 6. All EDDIS Chairs are requested to instruct the composition of the EDDIS Screening Committee to follow the same procedure in the said process. The screening committees are expected to pre - evaluate the documents of all teacher-applicants of their respective EDDISon or before April 11, 2018. 7. DepEd Order No. 22, s. 2015 and this Memorandum together with the Enclosures shall be posted in conspicuous places in schools. 8. 1. The Schools Division Office of Bulacan will conduct another recruitment procedure,evaluation, selection and hiring of qualified junior high school teachers to come upwith a Supplementary RQA to fill up the teacher items for SY 2018 - 2019. 4. The Division Selection Committee shall conduct theinterview and observe the demonstration teachingof applicants. They shall likewise enter theteachers' ratings in the excel hard copy ofevaluation results.The English Communication Skills shall come fromthe Central Office.

The Registry of Qualified Applicants shall befinalized with the inclusion of ECSresults.

The principals of schools with teacher items for SY2018-2019 shall meet at the Schools Division Officeto identify the qualified applicants for hiringaccording to their ranks and the schools' SUBJECTGROUPSneeds.

Arts, National Certificate (NCI or 11), etc.6. Certified copy of the Voter's ID or any proof of residency as deemed acceptable by
