c. Recognition of District Administrative, Certificated & Classified Retirees during the 2013-14 School Year. The Governing Board is honored to recognize this year's retirees who have demonstrated their dedication and commitment to thestudents of Santa Paula.

In accordance with the Local Control Funding Formula and prior to the adoption of the Local Control Accountability Plan by theGoverning Board of the Santa Paula Unified School District, all interested stakeholders are given the opportunity to comment onthe proposed plan. The Governing Board review the Santa Paula Unified School District Governance Handbook. This handbook addresses the areas foran effective governance team. The three areas are: Unity of Purpose, Role and Responsibilities, and Norms and Protocols.

g. Certification of Santa Paula Federation of Teachers, AFT Local 2071 (D)

The District has recieved the Amendment of Certification for the Santa Paula Federation of Teachers #2071
