click on the basic settings and scroll to controller mode and change the status to off. Change the

On and Off schedule to 18.00 and 6.00.The emergency fan on set point to 35C

minute,start Gen from SAM2,let it load. Put off the Gen from SAM2 observe it for 5mins.If the

Gen doesn't start simulate hybrid for 30mins.If this doesn't resolve the issue log in to the AMF,

click on the basic settings and scroll to controller mode and change the status to off. Unchecked

the fan control in hybrid config and also change the emergency fan setpoint to 35C

The Engineer should recheck hybrid override cable connections from SAU,Enable hybrid

override control if hybrid schedule is to be control with SAU.Enter current and exit DOD to be

30A and 60%.

minute,start Gen from SAM2,let it load. Put off the Gen from SAM2 observe it for 5mins.If the

Gen does start simulate hybrid for 30mins.If this doesn't resolve the issue log in to the AMF,

click on the basic settings and scroll to controller mode and change the status to off,Terminate

the Gen run and Gen on load signals,Change the humidity/temperature probe lastly, change the

SAM2 Gen controller.

Terminate the Gen Run and the Gen on load.;To resolve the Gen manually override,First put off

the DG from AMF, let it rest for a minute,start Gen from SAM2,let it load. Put off the Gen from

SAM2 observe it for 5mins.If the Gen does start simulate hybrid for 30mins.If this doesn't

resolve the issue log in to the AMF, click on the basic settings and scroll to controller mode and

change the status to off.Uncheck the fan control in the hybrid config, change the hybrid exit

voltage from 44.0V to 47.0V.Lastly upgrade the firmware to version 2.24

click on the basic settings and scroll to controller mode and change the status to off,Terminate

the Gen run and Gen on load signals.

upgrade the firmware to 2.24 version,check the current probe connection and carry out battery

test using the checklist to ascertain the discharging rateupgrade the firmware to 2.24 version,change the hybrid exit voltage to 46.0V and disable the

hybrid override

Upgrade the SAM2 firmware,First put off the DG from AMF, let it rest for a minute,start Gen

from SAM2,let it load. Put off the Gen from SAM2 observe it for 5mins.If the Gen doesn't start

simulate hybrid for 30mins.If this doesn't resolve the issue log in to the AMF, click on the basic

settings and scroll to controller mode and change the status to off. Finally reset the SAM2

upgrade the firmware and carry-out battery test

The DG1 Run and DG onload signal cable to be re-terminated.To resolve the Gen manually

override,First put off the DG from AMF, let it rest for a minute,start Gen from SAM2,let it load.

Put off the Gen from SAM2 observe it for 5mins.If the Gen doesn't start simulate hybrid for

30mins.If this doesn't resolve the issue log in to the AMF, click on the basic settings and scroll to

controller mode and change the status to off

check current probe connection, change the direction also ensure that the current probe is

clamp to the right DC power cable( do not clamp both -VE and +VE DC cable

Engineer to log in to SAM2, go to config data, if the current probe is black (200A) check the box

then click on set config and get config, if it is blue(500A) uncheck the box and click on set config

and get config

First unchecked the hybrid override in both the inhibit and suspend column, change the retry

delay value to zero , uncheck the hybrid override box and change the HO alarm to zero; confirmif the DG battery is ok and also work on the current probe.Lastly,To resolve the Gen manually

override,First put off the DG from AMF, let it rest for a minute,start Gen from SAM2,let it load.

Put off the Gen from SAM2 observe it for 5mins.If the Gen doesn't start simulate hybrid for

30mins.If this doesn't resolve the issue log in to the AMF, click on the basic settings and scroll to

controller mode and change the status to off
