q: Are all of the products to be used daily, or can they be used on different days?

A: Everyone’s lifestyle is different, and approaches to detoxification are individual. The beauty of the SeaSource Detox Spa product assortment is that it lets you choose a program that will work for you in your approach to detoxification. What is fundamental to your detox approach is that you choose products from all three action areas: stimulate, strengthen and support. SHARING TIPSAs you introduce SeaSource Detox Spa® to prospects and Clients, be sure to implement the following helpful sharing tips:

Use the products yourself.

• Use the products and experience the results for yourself, so that you can share with others. Learn how the products feel and smell, how they should be used and what you like about them.

• Experiencing the products for yourself will increase your comfort level so that you can speak naturally about them.

Tell stories and share testimonials.

• Connect with others by sharing who you are and relating your personal experience with the products.

• Share the excitement and enthusiasm others have for the products. Invite your hostess or friends to share the results they have experienced with SeaSource Detox Spa.

Don’t sell. Inform.

• Detail how the products are different by touching on the points in The Science Behind SeaSource Detox Spa section of this guide.

• Cover the emotional benefits of the product: An improvement in the appearance of the skin, relaxation and body function.

Offer a solution.

• What’s the problem? The body can become overwhelmed by environmental toxins, causing it to function less effectively. What’s the solution? SeaSource Detox Spa, a personal

care purification program that helps promote a more radiant, healthy-looking appearance, helps the body relax, and helps the skin and body perform optimally.

Create opportunities.

• Give your prospect the opportunity to try the product by offering a sample or extending an invitation to an Arbonne Presentation.

• Create an opportunity for your prospect to purchase the product with a follow-up call/visit.

• Share samples. This gives Clients an opportunity to see the results for themselves and fall in love with the product.

• Attach a product ad. Including an ad with each order or sample will give Clients the opportunity to learn more about the benefits and results of the product they’re using.

Close the sale by letting prospects sample the product.

• Mark a set of products “Tester” and take them to Presentations for Clients to try right away. This will assure them of the products’ quality and effectiveness. At the end of the Presentation, ask prospects to place product orders.

• Send samples home with your contact information. This gives Clients a chance to use the products and experience the results for themselves. Be sure to call three days later to find out if they’re enjoying the products, and if they’d like to place a product order.

• Always give Clients something new to try. This gives you a reason to follow up and keep in touch.

HOw TO TELL THE SEASOURCE DETOX SPA® STORYEveryone loves a good story. Appeal to new and existing Clients by sharing the sample SeaSource Detox Spa story below. Whether you use the sample story or create your own, be sure to keep it short, candid and interesting. Excitement sells!

“I want my body to work the best it possibly can, and the same goes for my skin care. That’s why I use SeaSource Detox Spa! Have you heard of it? It’s a personal care purification program that has been designed with products to stimulate, strengthen and support, taking you on each step of the journey toward total body cleansing and relaxation. Detoxification is a process, but it’s easy to begin with one product from each of the three categories. Each action builds on the next, leading you to total renewal. Detoxification helps get your body up and running more efficiently, and it prepares your skin to take in all of the benefits of your skin care program. Let’s face it — if you’re not detoxifying, then you’re not getting the full benefit of your skin care products! SeaSource Detox Spa is the perfect solution for detoxification. If you’re interested, I happen to sell these products for Arbonne, one of the only skin care companies with products like these. Have you heard of them?”

Pathway to Improved Skin and Body Functioning

If you don’t close the sale right away, continue to follow up. Call one week after delivering a sample to:

• Find out if they are using the products.

• Make sure their skin is adjusting well and they are satisfied, or switch to a different skin care line if necessary.

• Answer any questions they may have.

• Find out if they would like to place an order.

• Suggest Arbonne Special Delivery™ (ASD).

• Schedule a Presentation if possible.

• Share the Arbonne opportunity.

Call 2–3 weeks after delivering a sample to:

• Make sure the skin is adjusting well.

• Ask for referrals and schedule Group and/or One-on-One Presentations.

• Continue to share the Arbonne opportunity.(Exception: If there were any problems discussed in the first call, then make adjustments and follow up again within a few days.)

Contact your Client once a month thereafter to:

• Remind them to place orders and/or sign up for Arbonne Special Delivery.

• Suggest new products for them to try.

• Inform them of any special sales or promotions.

• Continue to share the Arbonne opportunity.

Implement the following forms of monthly contact:

• Phone calls and emails

Invitations to events

• One-on-One Presentations and Group Presentations

• Holiday, birthday and anniversary cards

Note: Be sure to follow up twice in the first 30 days, so that if products need to be returned or exchanged, you have time to get it done within 45 days.
