Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) From October 2008, if you are looking to sell or rent your property you are now required, by law, to provide an EPC. An EPC gives information to home owners tenants and buyers on how energy efficient the property in question is and what carbon dioxide emissions the property is releasing. Th e EPC also provides information on how to improve its energy efficiency and how to reduce the carbon dioxide emissions. daisychain can arrange for your EPC to be produced and issued by a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor. A small charge is generally applicable for this at the time of instruction.

ConveyancingOnce a buyer is found for you, it is very important that the transaction goes through as quickly and as smoothly as possible. With this in mind, we can recommend solicitors and conveyancers who we know will get the job done with maximum efficiency. We can arrange a quotation for you with a breakdown of all the likely fees and costs and this can even be done before marketing commences.

Mortgages*With so many lenders and mortgage products on offer it can be very time-consuming making sure that you are getting the best possible deal to suit your circumstances and requirements. Our contacts in the mortgage market are fully qualified experts and there is no obligation or fee for an initial introduction. Fees daisychain’s terms of business are strictly performance related and therefore operate on a ‘No Sale No Fee’ basis. Our fees are competitive and are calculated as a percentage of the eventual selling price of the property and are only due upon the successful exchange of contracts of your sale, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
