since January 2011 until end of March 2011
End-users perspective
ATCO’s – ELPAC test
• No complaints (keyboard issue)
PILOTS – RELTA test
• Too difficult
– another option (commercial test adopted in Poland)
• Test scenarios vs. real life situations
Co-operation of States
• LP tests taken outside Poland
• Co-operation of CAA’s to ensure validity of LP test
certificates
Poland is currently co-operating with a number of foreign Civil Aviation Authorities to ensure ICAO LPR compliance:Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Lithuania, Romania, Slovak Republic, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam. – Thank you for your support and proffessionalism!
Difficulties
• Acceptance of non EU endorsements
• „Level 4 is Level 4” – quality / equality of different LP tests
• Inconsistent legal regulations
• Discontent of aviation industry
Thank you for your attention!
