THIRTIETH SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME OCTOBER 27, 2019

ENTRENAMIENTO DE LECTORES: El

domingo 24 de noviembre tendremos un entrenamiento de lectores en inglés de 1pm a 3pm en la capilla. Esta capacitación está abierta a nuevos feligreses que deseen unirse a este ministerio en nuestra parroquia.

SANTA CECILIA: El

lunes 11 de noviembre comenzaremos la novena en honor a la patrona de nuestra parroquia Santa Cecilia ante de todas las misas. Celebraremos la fiesta de Santa Cecilia con una misa bilingüe a las 7:30 pm el miercoles 20 de noviembre. Los mariachis tocarán

antes y durante la misa para esta celebración. Todos

son bienvenidos para orar por nuestra parroquia.

TODOS LOS SANTOS: El viernes 1 de noviembre celebraremos la fiesta de todos los

santos. Es un día sagrado de obligación y se

requiere que todos los católicos participen

activamente en la misa. Tendremos dos misas bilingües aquí en la parroquia a las 8:15 am y 7:30 pm. Que los santos intercedan por

nosotros que todavía estamos aquí en la tierra para que podamos vencer todos los obstáculos para llegar al cielo. SAN MARTÍN DE PORRES NOVENA: Comenzaremos a rezar la novena a San Martín de Porres el viernes 25 de octubre a las 6:00 pm, el sábado 26 de octubre la novena será a las 6:30 pm. Del domingo 27 de octubre al jueves 31 de octubre, la novena será a las 6:00 p.m. El viernes 1 de noviembre la novena será a las 6:30 pm. El sábado 2 de noviembre tendremos una Hora Santa a las 4:00 p.m., luego una misa a las 5:30 p.m. y una compartir a las 6:30 p.m. Todos nuestros feligreses son bienvenidos a unirse a San Martín de Porres en la novena y la celebración.

TODOS LOS FIELES DIFUNTOS (TODAS LAS

ALMAS): El sábado 2 de noviembre celebraremos el memorial de todos los fieles difuntos. La misa princi-pal para la conmemoración de todos los fieles difuntos será a las 12:10 pm. Pedimos a todos nuestros feli-

greses que participan en esta misa que traigan una vela

blanca en vidrio con los nombres de sus seres queridos

escritos en el momento adecuado y los procesen al san-

tuario para que podamos continuar orando por ellos

durante el mes de noviembre.

MINISTROS EXTRAORDINARIOS DE LA EU-

CARISTÍA: Tendremos una reunión con todos los

ministros extraordinarios de la Eucaristía el sábado 9 de noviembre a partir de las 9:00 am en la capilla. Los nuevos

feligreses que sí reciben la comunión también son

bienvenidos a unirse a este importante ministerio de

llevar la Sagrada Comunión a nuestros feligreses con-

finados en casa.

UNA NOCHE DE ORACIÓN: Tendremos una no-

che de adoración, predicación y oración el jueves 31

de octubre a partir de las 9:00 pm y terminaremos con

una misa a las 6:00 am en la iglesia. Todos nuestros

feligreses son bienvenidos.

RETIRO DE LAS MUJERES DE JUAN

XIII: Habrá un retiro de mujeres en español del viernes 8 de noviembre al domingo 10 de noviembre. Todas las mujeres

interesadas en unirse a este retiro, hablen con el

diácono José Hernández lo antes posible.

GRUPO JUVENIL: Les recordamos a todos los pa-

dres con jóvenes que los envíen al grupo juvenil de la

ALL SAINTS: On Friday, November 1st we will celebrate feast of all saints. It is a holy day of obligation and all Catholics are required to actively participate in the mass. We

will have two bilingual masses here in the parish at 8:15am and 7:30pm. May the saints intercede for us

who are still here on earth that we may overcome all

the obstacles to get to heaven.

EXTRAORDINARY MINISTERS OF THE

EUCHARIST: We will have a meeting with all the

extraordinary ministers of the Eucharist on

Saturday, November 9th from 9:00am in the

chapel. New parishioners who do receive

communion are also welcome to join this

important ministry of bringing the Holy

Communion to our home bound parishioners.

SAINT MARTIN DE PORRES NOVENA: We will start

praying the novena to Saint Martin De Porres

on Friday, October 25th at 6:00pm, Saturday, October 26th the novena will be at 6:30pm. From Sunday, October 27th to Thursday, October 31st the novena will be at 6:00pm.

Friday, November 1st the novena will be at 6:30pm. Saturday, November 2nd we will have a Holy Hour at 4:00pm then mass at 5:30pm and fellowship at 6:30pm. All our parishioners

are welcome to join the Saint Martin De Porres in the

novena and the celebration.

LECTORS TRAINING: On Sunday, November 24th we

will have a lector’s training in English from 1pm to 3pm in the chapel. This training is open to new

parishioners who would like to join this ministry

in our parish.

ALL THE FAITHFUL DEPARTED (ALL SOULS): On

Saturday, November 2nd we will celebrate the

memorial of all the faithful departed. The main mass

for the commemoration of all the faithful departed

will be at 12:10pm. We ask all our parishioners

participating in this mass to please bring a white

candle in glass with the names of your loved ones

written on them and at the proper time process them

to the shrine that we may continue to pray for them

during the month of November.

SAINT CECILIA: On Wednesday, November 11th

we will begin the novena in honor of the patroness of

our parish Saint Cecilia before all the masses. We will

celebrate the feast of Saint Cecilia with a bilingual

mass at 7:30pm on Friday, November 20. The

mariachis will play before and during the mass for this

celebration. All are welcome to pray for our parish.

A NIGHT OF PRAYER: We will have a night of adoration, preaching and prayer on Thursday, October 31st from 9:00pm and end with mass at 6:00pm in the church. All our parishioners are welcome.

JUAN XIII WOMEN RETREAT: There will be a

women’s retreat in Spanish from Friday, November 8th to Sunday, November 10. All women interested to join this retreat please talk to Deacon Jose Hernandez as soon as possible.

YOUTH GROUP: We remind all parents with young

people to send them to the parish youth group that meets every Monday from 6:30pm – they will meet

from friends and learn a lot. For any questions you
