The Safe Cities Conference Committee warmly invites your organisation to support the conference as a sponsor and/or exhibitor. The 2015 Safe Cities Conference Conference will be held at Pullman Melbourne on the Park on the 8th July 2015.

The conference will provide an invaluable opportunity to build relationships with industry professionals and initiate new business relationships. With meals served in the exhibition area, sponsors can achieve the face-to-face contact to promote your products and/or services.

THE CONFERENCE

Safe Cities Conference is about creating cities that are safe places to live, work, play, visit and study. Safe Cities Conference 2015 will feature keynote and stream presentations on the issues of Planning, Awareness and Prevention for safe cities and communities.

The Conference brings together leading practitioners to discuss the challenges of designing and planning safer communities, industry consultation and crime prevention.

Creating Safe Cities is part of a global movement, where The Global Network on Safer Cities, an initiative of the UN-Habitat was created with the goal of equipping local authorities and urban stakeholders to deliver urban safety, thus contributing towards securing the urban advantage for all.

The conference is an initiative of the Association for Sustainability in Business Inc.

The Safe Cities Conference, in partnership with the 8th Making Cities Liveable Conference are delighted to come together to give the industry the most significant event on the 2015 calendar. The collaboration brings together National, State and Regional delegates to explore, exchange ideas and network.

The 8th Making Cities Liveable Conference will be held on 6th – 7th July 2015 at Pullman Melbourne on the Park. The Conference will continue its support for improving the quality of life in our capitals and major regional cities. The conference theme, Liveable Cities for the Future, will focus on healthy, sustainable, resilient cities.

The two conferences will offer delegates an extensive range of topics with over 100 presentations across three days including Keynotes, Concurrent Sessions, Case Studies and Posters.

DELEGATE MARKETING $800 per blast

Conference sponsors will have the opportunity to promote themselves prior to the delegate’s arrival to the conference or thank them once the conference is completed.

• Opportunity to have an e-blast sent to all registered delegates (sponsor to write and design the email).

Include the Making Cities Liveable Conference delegates in the email broadcast for an additional $450.

CancellationsCancellations of sponsorship, exhibition or advertising must be received either by mail, fax or email to the conference secretariat. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations received in writing prior to 5pm on Monday 8th June 2015. After this date there will be no refunds made. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
