Senior UAT Coordinator (November 2011 – October 2015) Cofunds Ltd (Cofunds House, Mayland Road, Witham)

Senior UAT Coordinator for the last 4 years for a financial investment company, within a team of 15 covering three sites across the south east. Responsible for the coordination of testing of internal and external systems, which vary in size and scope. Range includes back office, front office, correspondence and infrastructure.

Responsible for running the Registrations Team of 15 staff. Handling operational aspects of deceased clients, Power of Attorney, Court of Protection, gone-away clients, initial and on-going Anti-Money Laundering checks, change of financial adviser, void ISAs, change of address.

Role also included liaison with staff in Mumbai. Undertook regular visits to Mumbai in order to deliver training in Anti-Money Laundering processes and provide operational guidance and assistance around tax year end.

Team Leader Amendments (February 2005 – February 2007)

Following a change of operations platform, promoted to Team Leader in order to manage new system processes and manage a team of 10 staff. The emphasis being to deliver an efficient and comprehensive service, ensuring that clients were not disadvantaged by operational errors.

Managed a diverse team responsible for the provision of various services enabling clients to meet their international banking needs. Examples of this are Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Foreign Exchange Dealing, and Foreign Exchange Deposits.
