Develop & Publish Class Roster

Class parents must "release" email to Room Parents to be added to class Shutterfly share siteAsk your teacher if she/he has a release or contact information form she/he likes to use (most do) If not, use the roster release form in the RP Locker; distribute either at BTSN or in Friday FoldersFamilies who wish to keep contact information private, should have all contact information kept off published roster except child’s first & last name

Create Volunteer ScheduleGet Teacher input (what activities need volunteers, number of volunteers/activity, frequency of activity, etc.) See “District Instructional Calendar for 2013-2014” (found on school’s home page on right hand side)Create a separate sign-up for each volunteer activity in the "Volunteer" tab of Shutterfly sitePublish sign-ups & invite parents to volunteerIt is all about our kids
