    Silver has been getting a lot of head-turns in the past few years, and investors are scurryingout of fiat money into hard assets due to the economic decline we have been agonizinglywitnessing. We know that people who have this what-should-be common financial sense willprosper in the coming years, but what about the others?

    There are masses of Americans still completely ignorant of what is coming. The masses areunaware that their lifestyles will soon be changed forever, and that their dollars will soon losetheir value. These masses will lose almost everything when the collapse comes. While we,those who prepared and who spent countless hours acquiring knowledge may winindividually, what does it really mean in the midst of it all?

    If it is the case that the dollar busts, our standards of living must surely decline also, unlessthe masses become educated as to what money really is. It is our duty to let people in onthis secret, and allow them to fully realize the implications of ignorant confidence in fiatdollars.

    I don't feel the need to paint you a picture of a full-scale economic collapse inAmerica. Many others have done this already.

    You and I, my friends are a part of the Underground Elite. The UE is a group who hasdecided to educate themselves outside of the chatter of mainstream blabber. But, now, withall the knowledge we have acquired, we must embark upon a different journey, one in which

    A Recipe for a Revolution

    More than anything, we must come together and fight injustice in the financial system. We

    attack the money, we attack the stranglehold the bankers have on society. We attack the FiatDollar, we attack the false faith the citizens have out of ignorance. Essentially, we are here toattack ignorance, because the truth shall set us free.

    1.) Organization Without Organization.

    Anonymous is the first internet-based superconsciousness. Anonymous is a group, in the sense that a flock of birds isa group. How do you know theyre a group? Because theyre traveling in the same direction. At any given moment,more birds could join, leave, peel off in another direction entirely.

    Anonymous, an online hacker group, has the world buzzing about their mischief. This hasbeen the latest headlines on this infamous group in mainstreamnews:

    These are just the most recent, and dont even mention the antics that made previousmainstream news, such as almost getting Justin Bieber sent to North Korea to do a show bymassively voting on a Demand it! vote. When asked why they have been aiding collectivechaos, their reply was, simply,

    They wanted "lulz" and drama.

    They do it because they can, and because of the structure of the organization of

    Anonymous, the risk of getting caught is extremely low. They do it for fun! This proves howpowerful the internet is, and how it is an invaluable tool for our very own revolution.

    I have studied the society of Anonymous, and it has a strange organized disorganization. It isalso rapidly evolving all over the world, predominantly in the youth. It constructs anexclusivity out of openness through secret meetings, Twitter hashtags, Facebook news pagesand message boards, most notably 4Chan.The more serious Anons are also known to hitthe streets with V for Vendetta masks, and signs displaying their messages.

    4 Rules of Engagementwill be applied to Project Awareness, in which Anonymous implementsin their revolutionary acts:

    Rules of Engagement:

    We have this agenda that we all can agree on and we all coordinate and act, but all act independentlytoward it, without any want for recognition. We just want to get something that we feel is important done

    -Anonymous.

    No Central Command - No leader, no specific target. Simple as that.

    Remain an Idea - Anonymous isn't a static, rigid organization. It is an ever-evolvingconcept. Vague enough to be a mystery, yet clear enough to become a problem.

    Play On Strengths - The problem in most organized avenues is they don't necessarily givethe individuals enough freedom to learn their strengths. Anonymous allows one to help inany way he or she can, collaborating into a strong force.

    Use Guerilla Tactics When implementing the Viral Project, we must exercise a littleflexibility in the way that we spread The Virus. If we blatantly spam a bunch of high-trafficsites, it could blow up the entire operation. If you want a major publication to cover yourstory, the easiest way for them to agree is to make them think that it is theiridea. Ego stroke,find a Senior Member (SM), one with influence and find out how you can relate silver to hisinterests.

    Long story short, wear many masks and implement your passions and strengths. Together,we can make anything happen.

    2.) Appearance

    In the game of persuasion, the persuader must emit qualities which appear pleasant.Anything packaged in a neat, funny, and presentable package will entice the reader.

    Going back on the first Rule of Engagement, I mentioned Play On Strengths, as crucial.Design is a field in which a keen eye is a necessity. So, any strength in graphic design will beopenly accepted. Graphic Designers will be called upon to create simple, neat, funny ads foreveryone to spread across the web. I have included 5 rules of the most successful tacticsused by the Elite to excite the masses. Utilize these if you choose, as they are tried and true.

    Glittering Generalities

    Words of praise for a product or person; using nice words like goodness or patriotism.

    Namecalling

    Trash-talking another product or person, "mudslinging", "ad hominem attacks.

    A famous person recommends a product; also political endorsements.

    Plain Folks

    Appealing to regular people's values like family, patriotism.

    Old Soviet propaganda Card-Stacking

    Manipulating information to make a product appear better than it is often by unfaircomparison or omitting facts.

    Appearance is crucial. We must show people that we are not a bunch of hooligansterrorizing the internet, but a large group of concerned citizens terrorizing the internet for agreater cause.

    Use these age-old techniques subtly and your marketing sector will be successful, as has beenproven time and time again by the Elite.

    3.) Creativity.

    Outside of the box. Inside of the mind. Expect to be the unexpected. We must outwit themarket, the masses, and most importantly, the Elite. If they choose to fight back throughdowngrading our campaign, we must be flexible enough to mock, downplay and retaliateagainst their attacks. (Their tools against them.)

    More than anything, we need creativity. To do what we haven't thought of before, constantlyevolving SVPA. More than anything, we need this project to evolve, to band together withother truth fighters and maybe, just maybe, soften the blow to the uneducated masses. Sadly,

    their problems are our problems; we are all connected in this frail system. The market ispsychological, the market is a herd, cattle that speculate. The gig is up, and all theMainstream Elite will report is how nobody saw it coming.

    Get creative. Get involved. Ideas are powerful, and immensely encouraged.

    4.) Assertiveness.

    Think global. Act local. Finding the right people to back you, answer questions, or point youin the right direction is easier than you think, In a recent article called Straight From theHorses Mouth, SilverDoctors was able to interview a representative from Silver Wheaton,

    one of the most successful silver companies to date. How? Simply, by asking. Youd besurprised how useful the Contact Us pages really can be.

    Try to contact big-wigs in the market for an interview, conduct an interview with a

    Using the aforementioned tools, we will implement what we have learned and use the triedand true Rules of Propaganda to spread our message.

    Here are five basic rules of propaganda, courtesy of Norman Davies in his extraordinarybook "Europe: A History":

    The rule of simplification: reducing all data to a simple confrontation between 'Good andBad', 'Friend and Foe'.

    This one should be pretty straightforward.

    The rule of disfiguration: discrediting the opposition by crude smears and parodies.

    Ha. This one, too. (Blythe, The Bernank, Turbo Tim, etc)

    The rule of transfusion: manipulating the consensus values of the target audience for one'sown ends.

    In this case, the manipulation of values are really a aligning of values in which all can benefit, as opposed tojust a few. Another reason why this will be easy.

    The rule of unanimity: presenting one's viewpoint as if it were the unanimous opinion ofall right-thinking people: draining the doubting individual into agreement by the appeal ofstar-performers by social pressure, and by 'psychological contagion'.

    We are all pretty unanimous in the decision to invest in silver. You have an entire team of references, and weall have your back. Use us.

    The rule of orchestration: endlessly repeating the same messages in different variations andcombinations.

    If youve read Once Upon a Time: A Silvery Tale, you understand the important role repetition plays inmanipulation. The Elite know this, that is why we are bombarded with advertisements day in and day out.Repetition, Repetition, Repetition.

    These 5 principles, created by the Elite to be used maliciously against us, can be utilized tofree humanity from the shackles of the Fiat Monster.     You will be targeting SMs, in any message board which isn't already in the know of physicalsilver. We want to target the ignorant masses whom have no clue as to what is coming,remember.

    Phase 1: Operation Paper Pulverizers (OPP)

    In this Phase, SBs will spread The Virus to message boards, FB pages, Twitter accounts, etc.to all social media pertaining to Silver Paper. The mission is to get the Paper Silver Bugs toconvert to physical. This is the simplest of all Phases because the people are already investedin silver, you just need to knock some sense into them, and get them out of that false marketbefore it burns to the ground.

    TIPS:

    Find any investment site, blog, forum, etc. that is promoting, advocating, or inquiring aboutinvesting in paper silver and hit them with the facts.

    We want the heavy-hitters to be impacted by this operation, so the HH are what we want totarget first, then on down the pyramid to lesser known sites.     Phase 2: Operation Fiat Obliteration (OFO)

    In honesty, you will be able to paint a true, and somewhat scary picture about the true anddire situation that America faces. Americans are nervous, and I can assume that 9 people outof 10 dont trust the government anymore, at all. I have reason to believe that 9 out of 10

    could be a conservative figure, actually. Problem, Reaction, Solution could come into play inyour Propaganda when considering this information.

    The recommendation is that this sweep involves all relevant local sites first. Targeting theclosest major city to you ensures that the revolution is spread out, rather than massiveamounts of posts broadcasted over the same areas.

    After localized propaganda, a more out-of-the-box approach is recommended. This is whenyour Guerrilla Tactic and Creativity skills come into play. We want to reach people whohavent heard the word. Also, linking them to sites relevant to the cause, after gaining somecredibility, wouldnt hurt.

    Phase 3: Operation Physical For Physical (OP4P)

    Phase 3 is the most limitless and exciting phase.
