You can even electronically scan and save documents connected to this guest and record messages for delivery on check-in or check-out. You may only want to change their email address.

By definition of the Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA DSS) any application that does not store, process or transmit credit card data is out of scope of PA DSS and is not required to comply. Customers who are seeking to establish a business environment that complies with the PCI DSS should consider using RMS.

RMS is configured in such a way that it is impossible to store credit cards in any part of the system. Neither can it process or transmit card data. Furthermore it cannot be re-configured by the user to allow for the storage of credit cards post installation.

RMS allows you to set up direct debit for both your long term guests as well as your owners at parks where owner accounting is needed to manage the revenue distribution between the management company and the asset owner.The flow of monies can be into or out of a guest account depending upon the direct debit functionality.

With RMS you can manage both payments to and from your customers accounts with multiple payment options such as maximum debit amounts, set debit amounts and full balance payments.

You have the option to have the guest pay the credit card fees if you choose. You can also have the guest pay the online booking fee like national parks and some state parks do.
