Make sure no one takes food or drinks into the production room , this would help with all the equipment from getting ruined and stop working

Make sure that the volume is known at what rate is the highest and also mark out the points in which it will go too loud. Also I can make sure that I know where the maximum mark is by marking it out.

Make sure every one is aware of all the wires in the room, the wires should also be put away neatly and not be all over the place.

Make sure that all the phones are switched off and collected at the start of the LIVE day and give it back when the program has ended.

Keep a regular check on the microphones before the show goes on air and make sure they is stable and do not have a chance to unplug or fall out.

Make sure that nothing is kept on top of the soundboard because this will decrease air flow , and also that it is switched off when not needed because this leads to over heating and unnecessary electric use.

We will make sure that the mics are not to loud , by checking the sound levels before we go on air. I will have all the presenters and guests check beforehand if their mics are at the right level.

This might lead to electric shocks , which can harm people and cause other health and safety hazard. This is why the wires will be secured in and not taken out.

This will lead to controls going wrong , also may lead to the volume’s getting to high or too low which means the show would be ruined. This is why I will make sure there is not a crowd around the sound board.

The area near the soundboard will be clear and also nothing big (equipment) will be placed near it.
