Summiteers.How does it feel to have
made it to Level 10? Our five stars have reached the highest
level of the RINGANA Business Plan.
They tell their personal success stories here.
We got to know RINGANA in 1999 and
were immediately enthusiastic about the
idea. For us, there was and continues to
be nothing comparable in the whole
world! We got to know the founders,
studied the marketing plan, and
recognized: this is a one-time
opportunity for the future. In the
meantime, we have achieved Level 10,
have 6,000 partners in Austria, Germany,
Italy, Spain, and Switzerland, and our
annual revenues are 8 million euros.
Every day, we are pleased that we can
pass on this opportunity to others.
We have been successfully working with
RINGANA for nearly eighteen years. Our
company was founded in 1998 by our
father Bernhard Geraths with the support
of our mother Renate. Along with Sissy
Kraus (since 2001) and Berthold Wett
(since 2004), the next generation quickly
came on board. With more than 8,000
Fresh Partners in Europe, we generate
annual gross revenues of nearly 17 million
euros and a monthly net commission of
around €65,000.

I got to know RINGANA during my
maternity leave. I was looking for a
sustainable business idea in order to be
able to work flexibly from home. My goal
was to earn around €400 per month
extra. In actuality, it quickly grew to more
than twice that much. With RINGANA, I
was able to be with my children at home
while polishing up my career. Today I
have a team all over Europe, and my
monthly commission is between
€20,000 and €25,000.

Completely in keeping with the motto:

make RINGANA my main occupation in
2009. I concentrated on the Italian
market. It was pioneer work, filled with

self-employment with three shops and an
event organization. Then I got to know

Our Vision
he Climate Protection Award is
presented by ORF, the Austrian
national broadcaster, along with
the Ministry of the Environment. The
purpose of the award is to recognize the
best climate protection projects in Austria.
In 2015, a total of 172 projects were
submitted for it. RINGANA convinced the
jury in the “Companies” category with its
sustainability programme “so green”.
H E R E A R E T H E F A C T S T H A T
C O N V I N C E D T H E J U R O R S
— RINGANA products are produced fresh
and in lieu of the usual cosmetics
additives such as preservatives, mineral
oils, and the like, they contain only
potent active substances from nature.
— For our unique RINGANA Fresh Factory,
an old supermarket was renovated in such
a way that it can be used with energy
efficiency as a modern production site,
without any new construction having to
be built on green space.
— The Fresh Factory uses biomass
remote heating and a processing cooling
system that is powered by solar energy.
An electrical vehicle is in use.
— The packaging that RINGANA ships is
reusable. For protection against break-
age, our glass jars are not wrapped in
outer boxes, but rather in organic cotton
towels from the Waldviertel forest region
in Lower Austria.
— The filling material in the packages can
be composted and used as fertilizer. The
shipping of the packages from the
factory naturally takes place on a
CO2-neutral basis.
— Recycling is carried out purposefully.
Thus the refuse from the company fits
into two home-sized garbage cans, and
the rest is reused.

“We are very pleased that our strategy
‘added value, not added waste’ has
worked out. But we are also very
conscious of the fact that a sustainability
project is never completed. A challenge
that we are happy to set for ourselves
– after all, in the end it is about the
future for our children.”

From the choice of the location for our Fresh Factory to
the upcycling of the cool eco-packaging – RINGANA is
completely oriented toward sustainability. It is for that
reason that Andreas Wilfinger and Ulla Wannemacher
were granted the 2015 Climate Protection Award for their
modern green strategy.

Romy HausteinShe’s not just a treat for the eyes, she’s also
clever and successful (Level 6). Within the
framework of the RINGANA Business Model
Contest, Fresh Partner Romy Haustein was
chosen “The Face 2016”. We asked her for
an interview.
What prompted you to participate in
“The Face 2016”?
I’m proud to be a RINGANA Fresh Partner and I
absolutely wanted to present our ingenious
business. I was positively encouraged to do so
by my mentor, Christiana Scheibl.
How did the shoot in the RINGANA Fresh
Factory go?
It was great how professionally the shoot was
organised. The atmosphere on the set was very
relaxed, and the production team gave us partici-
pants a good feeling, so that our initial nervous-
ness quickly vanished and we felt really good.
Simply grand.
What were you thinking about during the
Grand Finale?
I couldn’t believe it at all and was totally
surprised. The ending was staged really
excitingly, with the photo of the victor being
shown little by little. At first, I only saw the lower
edge of my blouse, and I thought, “That’s my
blouse! That can’t be! Did someone else put it
on?” And then I heard the shouts from my team.
For me, that was an emotional moment that I will
never forget.

What goals have you set, and what plans do you
still have for 2016?
The great incentive in Mauritius is at the very top
of the list of my goals. On top of that, I would
also like to reach the highest level of our
Business Plan. I’m working on that with my
mentor. It’s very important to me to have stable
growth in my team, with everyone feeling good
and everyone active at their own speed.
