This is what you do for the Am chord. Note that the fingering for the chords is between thetab and the traditional notes. For the 3rd one you might want to do it slightly differently.I would play it on the 2nd and 3rd strings 5th fret with the ring and pinky fingers.

Adding in the bass part. Keep the bass constant. Use the thumb of the picking hand for the bass notes.Use the index and middle fingers of the picking hand for the melody notes. Take this slowly and count while you play.

Putting it all together. This takes time, don’t hurry it.Make sure you can do the top4 bars before doing the bass part.Then learn the bass part slowly.
