Authored, created and produced study videos for students taking CLEP exams related to business law content. Produced over 90 short videos using a combination of Microsoft Word, Audacity, Smooth Draw and Camtasia Studios.

Assisted in the re-training of faculty on the Blackboard Learning Management System. Over 800 faculty were retrained on the new system.
Assisted in the rollout of a new program called “Development in Action” consisting of training workshops, job shadowing, and training tools that assisted in succession planning at Peterbilt Motors Company.
Created an online instructional toolkit as a standing resource for teaching and learning. Instructors use these tools in their classrooms and for professional development.
