Sexual reproduction• The reproduction in

which two parents take part to produce young one is called sexual reproduction.

Asexual reproduction• The reproduction in

which only one parent take part to produce young one is called asexual reproduction.

Vegetative propragationIt is a type of asexual reproduction in which new part of a plant is produced from vegetative part of a plant is called vegetative propagation. EX= bryophyllum.

Small bulb like coming out of yellow yeast is called bud .Bud grows and detach to give a new organism of yeast is called budding .EX =Yeast

It is a part of asexual reproduction which protect an organisms under unfavourable condition. Ex= fungus

Breathing of alga to give a new organisms is called is fragmentation.ex=spirogyra(alga)

Sexual Reproduction

The flower which contain either only the pistil or only the pistil are called Unisexual flower.

Pollination

The transfer of pollen from the anther to the stigma of flower is called pollination

Self pollination the transfer of pollen from the anther to the stigma of same flower it is called self pollination

Cross pollination When the pollen of a flower

lands on the stigma of another flower of the same plant , or that of a different plant of same kind, it is called cross pollination

FertilisationThe fusion of male and female gametes is called fertilisation .The cell which results after fusion of male and female gametes is called zygote. The zygote develops into an embryo.
