A vibrant question and answer session was held during the meeting on the presentations made by each

waterworks utility, where participants were able to share knowledge and experience with each other on the

various initiatives and issues that they faced. Each waterworks utility also raised a range of opinions on the

operation method of the network into the future, which resulted in a valuable exchange of opinions. The

relationship between members of the network felt more cohesive with the range of opinions shared during the

meeting and tours, and despite its short time, the meeting proved to be a valuable event for interaction.
