Talent Empowerment
We have a campaign called Sharing Session where we encourage a talent to become a mentorand share their skill with a small group of people in
the place that become our partner.
The benefit for the talent is to get additional money, to get publication, or just to get a new friends.
The Sharing Session will hopefully ignite collaboration and to build community base of talent
with the same intereset
Sharing Session Activities
In the Sharing Session, the process that actually happened is Talent Regeneration.
We have run these Sharing Session program for more than 4 months, and the thing is once a
attendants join one class, he/she is eager to be the next mentor in his/her own class.
In Replug, user can simply submit their inquiries if they want to be a mentor, so with our platform,
everybody can share their skill to anyone in a few click.
