From there, our expertly trained Portfolio Services division gets right to work on your book of business within 24 hours of completing a property management agreement or contract buyout.

Our 3-Step Process

Step 3: VIP Client Relations Team ServicingAfter your 90-day integration period, you will be assigned a one-stop-shop Professional Landlord of Rent Estate™ as your single point of contact within our VIP Client Relations Team.

This team is solely responsible for managing investor portfolios post integration, eliminating the need for our investors to have to contact various departments as needs arise. They will work with each of our specialized departments to troubleshoot any issue or concern you may have.

Step 2: Hassle-Free Portfolio Integration PeriodOur Portfolio Integration Specialists will work with you or your current property manager to seamlessly transform your portfolio details and requirements into a variety of Renters Warehouse systems and processes over a 90-day period:

• We coordinate with the right people to gather all needed documents and information. • We personally visit each of your properties and inspect your entire portfolio.• We host investor meetings to understand reporting format and timing needs.• We set weekly status calls/meetings to discuss the progress of the takeover/integration. Once we have all of your individual property and tenant information entered into our leasing and management software solutions, Renters Warehouse will issue respectful and informative change of management notices via mail and/or email to all current tenants.
