Rental, sales and delivery conditions Teletech ConferenceCommunication A/S' terms and conditions comply with applicable Danish laws, where these are not specifically waived by agreement or the conditions below. 1. Quotations All Teletech ConferenceCommunication A/S quotations, without a specific deadline for acceptance, lapse if no acceptance is obtained within 4 weeks from the date thereof. 2. Cancellation If cancellation of a booking occurs on the day of delivery, the customer is billed 50% of the agreed price. 3. Price All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and excluding VAT. Until delivery, the customer is obliged to accept price changes as a result of documented increased costs for Teletech ConferenceCommunication A/S due to changes in duties, taxes, fees, etc. related to the delivery. 4. Delivery Delivery is made at the customer's address, unless otherwise agreed. Teletech ConferenceComunikation A/S is responsible for transport incl. insurance to and from the delivery place, unless otherwise agreed. 5. Packing Sold equipment is delivered / picked up in packaged form unless otherwise agreed. The packaging may be returned only after separate agreement. 6. Product Information Drawings, specifications and similar, which are provided by Teletech ConferenceCommunication A/S or, according to the agreement, remain the property of Teletech ConferenceCommunication A/S, shall not be disclosed without written agreement or misused in any way. 7. Product Changes Teletech ConferenceCommunication A/S reserves the right to make necessary changes to agreed specifications, without notice, if the order's implementation requires it. 8. Defects and Complaints 8.1 - Upon delivery, the customer must immediately perform an inspection of the equipment, as proper business procedures require. 8.2 - If the client will invoke a defect, he / she shall, immediately after the defect was or should have been discovered, give written notice to Teletech ConferenceCommunication A/S, stating the nature of the defect. If the customer has or should have discovered the defect and he / she does not complain as stated, the right to do so is lost. 8.3 – According to the customer's preference, defects can be remedied or equipment will be redelivered. 8.4 - If repair or replacement in accordance with 8.3 does not happen within a reasonable time, the customer can, in compliance with Danish law and the present rental, sales and delivery conditions, choose to terminate the contract, demand a reduction in rent / purchase price or demand compensation. 8.5 - If the customer has not invoked a defect or a complaint to Teletech ConferenceCommunication A/S, on sold equipment, within 6 months from the delivery date, the right to do so is lost. When renting equipment the customer must immediately, after the defect is or should have been discovered, give notice to Teletech ConferenceCommunication A/S accordingly. For parts that are replaced or repaired cf. 8.3, Teletech ConferenceCommunication A/S assumes the same obligations that apply to the equipment

originally sold for a period of six months. Teletech ConferenceCommunication A/S’s deficiency liability may not be extended to more than 1 year from the original delivery date. 8.6 - Changes or alterations to the equipment without Teletech ConferenceCommunication A/S’s written consent releases Teletech ConferenceCommunication A/S from any liability. 9. Return of equipment 9.1. The rented equipment is returned in the same condition as it was received. When returning, the equipment must be inspected by Teletech ConferenceCommunication A/S. When the equipment is in worse condition upon return, Teletech ConferenceCommunication A/S has the right to invoice the customer for the repair or replacement of the equipment. In case of lost equipment Teletech ConferenceCommunication A/S reserves the right to invoice the customer the current daily rate. 9.2 In cases where the customer is entitled to cancel the agreement or, if the sold equipment is returned to Teletech ConferenceCommunication A/S for replacement or repair of defects, the equipment must be sent in original packaging and on the customer's expense and risk. In case of shipping costs for Teletech ConferenceCommunication A/S related to the above, Teletech ConferenceCommunication A/S can have these reimbursed by the customer or set them off in the customer's claims against Teletech ConferenceCommunication A/S, if any. After completion of repair or replacement the customer must pick up the item repaired or replaced at Teletech ConferenceCommunication A/S’s address, at his own risk and expense. 10. Transfer of rights and obligations Teletech ConferenceCommunication A/S is entitled to transfer all rights and obligations under this agreement to any third party without notice. 11. Disputes Any dispute between the parties shall be settled by the courts of law under Danish Law.
