Resolved a bug where pages in batch review were being saved by how they were selected and not how they appeared in the list.

New Added setting to bypass need for selecting Domain during Document Approval. Setting is stored in cmn_cd: (APPR_DOM, [yourdomainhere], SETTINGS). You can turn this setting back off by either deleting the entry or setting it to "Database Authentication".

New - Added a %UniqueID% field to the business layer to allow for substitution of a Unique ID on definitions. This can be turned on by adding UniqueID = True in CMN_CD.

New - Added the ability to default to the last used definition or type in the document window. When switching types on the Add Document window, it will default to the first definition in the list instead of “none”. This can be turned on by adding REMDEFTYPE = True in CMN_CD.

New - Added ability to see Line Item data. (This is custom to OGSYS SQL Databases). This can be enabled by adding 'GUID_LINE_ITEM' to the beginning of the GUID on a document_type (and rule guid for that type).

New - Line Item View: Moved name fields to the end of the grid.

Resolved a problem where using Batch Action > Email when exporting multiple documents with the same name caused an Error 53 in the outlook client when sending/closing the generated email.

New Advanced Security Panel to the administration menu. This allows managing definition level security as well as assigning department managers and folder-owners.

Each definition can enable/disable roles from viewing or creating definitions.

Without the view permission, users cannot open documents in the organizer or from search results.

Without create permission, users cannot see the definition in places where creation is allowed

New "Remove Permissions" menu option to the organizer available only to administrators and folder-owners. It removes all permissions from the selected folder and all sub-folders (except for the administrator and folder-owner).
