System P4 - safe, low noise, abrasion-resistant energy supply system on long travels up to 800 m and more.With the low-maintenance igus® system P4, a secure energy supply system can be implemented on longtravels up to 800 m for cranes or conveyor systems. The upper run and lower run roll staggered on eachother. Thus the tribo-optimised plastic rollers don’t overrun, but roll on a continuous, wide roll-through surface.The P4 profile-rol e-chain® is safely guided by the comb-shaped autoglide crossbars and the special troughsystem. The mounting brackets for P4 e-chains® consist of a steel mounting bracket at the moving end and a polymer mounting

bracket at the fixed end. This ensure that the rollers move over a plain surface at the fixed end. There is a fixed end module

integrated that can be clamped directly into the trough without drilling any holes. In addition it includes a C-profile for the

strain relief.
