Recruitment Consultant – Dual Desk – Manchester – Finance or HR My client has a strong reputation of delivering contract and permanent IT resource to clients across the UK. They have a team of 25 consultants and account managers in their Manchester office and are looking to expand their new business team focused on professional services areas including HR and Finance. The role will be networking through their existing accounts offering extended recruitment services within finance and HR to further extend their existing revenue stream. The role will also be involved in winning new clients and building a strong network of candidates to fill vacancies. The company have a very strong work life balance and have a highly autonomous working environment. You will have the freedom to dual desk enabling you to manage the end to end process of hiring with all clients. Longer term this role can step up and build a whole division and take on resourcers, consultants and account managers to deal with the demand. The company offer an excellent package too with pension, healthcare, dental care etc available. What are they looking for?
