Company History

R2O Cars originated from an idea that there was a niche market to sell cars to people who

did not qualify for mainstream finance for whatever reason.

In light of this in 2007 our founding director and CEO Paul Green started the first model of

R2O Cars in Maroochydore, Queensland, Australia. After many setbacks, adjustments and

changes to the system R2O Cars snowballed into a highly successful business model.

Being in the motor trade for many years and watching the changes and in a lot of areas the

decline of the industry Paul knew this system would convert dealers who used it, to create

a weekly cash flow from otherwise dead stock and stock that would eventually chew into

profits. The R2O Cars system gives dealers a new standalone recognizable business and

also one that will compliment and add consistent weekly profits to their current dealership.

Exclusive Primary Marketing Area ( PMA )

The R2O Cars Franchise program provides an exclusive PMA where each Franchise can

market and promote their R2O Cars services directly to their local Customers.

No Restrictions Franchisees can conduct business outside of their defined PMA based on enquiries, referrals or previous customer relationships. There are no restrictions on conducting business outside of

their Franchised Territory, but they cannot market, advertise or promote their R2O Cars Franchise

outside of their defined PMA. The Master Franchisee will conduct generic R2O Cars marketing

activities and direct enquiries to each R2O Cars office based on the enquiry postcode.

The Investment Required:

An initial intent deposit is required to secure the area and is fully refundable once final

agreements are prepared and signed.

Intent Deposit: $5000.00 (GST incl)

Monthly Investment

Franchisee Fees: $400.00 per contract (vehicle sold) plus GST (once off) Advertising and Marketing Fund: $400.00 per month (GST Incl)

Software License fee: $120.00 per week (GST incl)

Auto Access Solutions Pty Ltd will make contact with you to arrange a time to meet and present an in-depth

overview of the company, and also complete the confidentiality agreement. This form protects the R2O Cars

Franchising System and investment made by other Franchise owners. You can go through the Disclosure

Document with your advisors. R2O Cars as Franchisor obligations and your obligations will be clearly set out.

Auto Access Solutions Pty Ltd will then arrange the Franchise Agreement, training and open discussion with any

advisor to eliminate any misinterpretations.

Auto Access Solutions Pty Ltd recommends that your lawyer and accountant look over the relevant documents

so that all questions are answered and the potential for misunderstandings is eliminated. R2O Enterprises Pty

Ltd invites your lawyer and accountant to contact the company directly regarding any queries.
