QUARTERLY REPORT September 30, 2019 The Coop supports our community, lifts up employees As I reflect on the past few months, the moments that stand out are the ones spent with our team. I was part of Team Coop that rode in The Gasp, and I’m proud of our team who not only finished, smiling, but also raised over $8,000! Plus, we had a blast hosting a soccer clinic for nearly a 100 kids with Olympian Kristine Lilly. Internally, we recognized great work with well-deserved promotions: Patricia Coffey and Paul Forni, vice presidents; Charlotte Green, Residential Mortgage Sales Manager; and Rob Carey, Vice President and Relationship Manager. One of the things about The Coop that I’m proud of is our commitment to giving people career opportunities and continued forward progress. These promotions are a testament to that. 162 Employees 9 Locations $18,656 $3,717 $13 $14,926 $2,422 $12,749 $1,246 $3,353 $17,632 $2,755 - $14,877 $1,923 $12,081 $1,188 $3,531 Interest Income Interest Expenses Loan Loss Net Interest Income Noninterest Income Non-Interest Expense Taxes NET INCOME Income Statement (in thousands) 9/30/2019 9/30/2018 $46,662 $60,210 $805,092 $46,403 $958,367 $839,346 $19,298 $3,809 $95,914 $958,367 $9,943 $60,122 $808,535 $46,280 $924,881 $802,647 $30,515 $2,907 $88,813 $924,881 Cash and Due From Banks Investments Net Loans Other Assets TOTAL ASSETS Deposits Borrowings Other Liabilities Equity TOTAL LIABILITIES AND EQUITY Balance Sheet (in thousands) 9/30/2019 9/30/2018 2015 2016 2017 2018 2019 CAPITAL $75 $78 $82 $85 $92 2015 2016 2017 2018 2019 DEPOSITS $584 $666 $736 $790 $807 2015 2016 2017 2018 2019 GROSS LOANS $695 $723 $766 $815 $815 2015 2016 2017 2018 2019 TOTAL ASSETS $803 $828 $879 $924 $937 (dollars in millions) (dollars in millions) (dollars in millions) (dollars in millions) Lisa Oliver President and CEO As of March 31

The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod Charitable Foundation Trust gave $25,000 in grants to organizations for the quarter. These grants exemplify the mission of the foundation to cultivate vibrant and thriving communities: Cape Abilities, Cape Cod Challenger Green Project, Cape Symphony & Conservatory, CHAMP Homes, and The Children’s Center, run by the Harwich Ecumenical Council for the Homeless. “This grant will provide support to our children and families through our tuition assistance program,” said Abigail Newberry-West, director of The Children’s Center. “Through the support of community members like The Coop Foundation, we have been able to provide affordable childcare to working families for over 25 years!”

The Coop was named a Small Business Administration preferred partner, which is a credit to the strength and expertise of our team. We are financing capital expansion with large-scale projects in Mashpee: facilities for Cape Cod Coffee and The Cape Cod Dog Center. The multimillion dollar loan will help Cape Cod Coffee build a nearly 10,000-square-foot roasting facility with a cafe, shop, and space for special events. When it opens in Spring 2020, it will be a destination location. The CCDC will build a 4,000-square-foot complex, allowing them to care for more dogs and expand their services. It’s expected to open by Summer 2020. Our team is growing, too. We added Tom Burton, of Yarmouth Port; he’s active with the United Way of Cape and Islands. Rob Carey, Charlie DeSimone, and Mary Lenihan all received promotions. Rob lives with his young family in Sandwich. Charlie, of Dennis, helps with Cape Cod Challenger Club and Meals on Wheels. Mary, who transitioned from credit to Commerical Relationship Manager lives in South Yarmouth and is active with Rotary Club of Yarmouth and Pause-A-While. They bring more than 100 years of experience to The Coop!
