- HoD need to reassign the coordinator to other lecturer.

- If the course is inactive or no longer offered or old course code, HoD need to assign the course to HoD as HoD know the course was inactive or no longer offered.

5 Penjanaan PF kursus, apakah kohort atau batch (PLO dan CLO) yang sepatutnya digunakan? Coordinator perlu pastikan*: - Pelajar lama atau sebelum semakan perlu

menggunakan PLO dan CLO kohort sebelum semakan contohnya semakan 2014.

- Pelajar baharu selepas semakan perlu menggunakan PLO dan CLO kohort selepas semakan contohnya semakan 2019.

- Jika terdapat pelajar sebelum dan selepas semakan dalam kursus tersebut, maka, Coordinator perlu menggunakan PLO dan CLO kohort selepas semakan contohnya semakan 2019.

*Jika kurang pasti, mohon berbincang dengan KJ. Nota: Pertukaran Kohort atau Batch akan menyebabkan kehilangan data di bahagian SLT. Coordinator perlu berhati-hati semasa membuat pemilihan. Peringatan Pop up message akan dipaparkan semasa pemilihan.

c) CLO Mapping: HoD need to map CLO with PLO at PLO Setup > Subject Setup by Programme, HoD need to click on “Origin” and Key in Exam Weightage (e.g. 40). Then, CLO Mapping (e.g. SFR3996-01 for Semakan 2014 & SFR3996-02 for Semakan 2019).

9 What is the difference between the Master Copy (e.g. Review 1) and the Current Semester (e.g. A192)? Penjanaan Master Copy (cth: REVIEW 1) adalah untuk menwujudkan kursus tersebut dalam sistem PF buat kali pertama dan terdapat beberapa perkara penting perlu dikunci seperti a)Sinopsis, b)Semester & Tahun mengikut buku program, c)PLO, CLO, Learning Domain dan Pemetaan PLO-CLO-Learning Domain. Perkara-perkara tersebut perlu diisi oleh Coordinator untuk kali pertama dan akan dijana secara automatik pada semester berikut dan kekal sehingga semakan program dibuat. Selepas pengesahan Master Copy (cth: REVIEW 1), sistem akan menawarkan PF semester semasa (cth: A192) dan Coordinator perlu click button "Copy PF" dan semua maklumat Master Copy (cth: REVIEW 1) akan dimasukkan dalam kursus A192 tersebut. Terdapat perkara-perkara dalam PF telah dikunci dan staf akademik juga berubah mengikut semester semasa, mohon Coordinator semak semula maklumat dan boleh

Subject: Permohonan untuk REJECT PF KURSUS bagi Program xxx atau Kursus xxx (Semester: xx) Contohnya: Permohonan untuk REJECT PF KURSUS SFR3996 Research Project (Semester: REVIEW1)

This action can only be performed by admin after received email from HoD. Therefore, please check carefully before approval and Meeting CA & PF for current semester need to be conducted for checking at Department level.

Email to BPQ: [email protected] and cc [email protected] Subject: Permohonan untuk menjanakan semakan yang seterusnya (e.g. REVIEW 2) bagi Kursus xxx dalam Program xxx (Perubahan Maklumat Kursus/ Semakan Program) Contohnya: Terdapat perubahan xx dalam kursus xxx/ semakan program setelah mendapat kelulusan Senat. Minit senat / Kelulusan semakan program telah dilampirkan… *Sebarang perubahan / semakan program, boleh dilakukan setelah mendapat kelulusan Senat. Pihak Fakulti / PTj perlu memohon secara bertulis kepada BPQ untuk membolehkan sistem PF dibuka untuk diakses oleh KJ dan Penyelaras Kursus. Rujuk GARIS PANDUAN SISTEM PRO FORMA (PF) KURSUS (m/s 6 atau Carta Alir m/s 9)

This action can only be performed by admin after received email from HoD. Therefore, please check carefully and please give proof (e.g. Minute Senate or Program Review Approval) for further action. For Admin: Click on PF List -> Tick on Review -> HoD need to assign the Coordinator (refer Item 2)

Review PF file? For OBERS (PPA)

For Course Setup (BHEA)

For checking active course, Click on PF List -> Search Course Code - > refer to “Active” column. If the related course shows “N”, then HoD need to check the active status on OBERS (If completed all process and active), then contact BHEA for checking the status of course setup.

Click on PF List -> Search Course Code - > Click on View.
