Introduction The Procurement Tools Quick Reference (Quick Reference) provides information on the tools available to assist Government of Canada (GC) departments and agencies in carrying out their procurement activities. The tools listed in this Quick Reference are also available on the Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) Buy and Sell Web site. The standing offers and supply arrangements for each commodity can be found in the Standing Offer Index. The Quick Reference is organized by Goods; Services; and, Resources and Publications, and uses common search words to help you find what you are looking for. Note: In the context of this document, an e-Tool is a computer based application with an interactive user interface that enables clients to capture or search for procurement related information. Printers The Imaging Product Management Group (IPMG) handles the national commodity management for imaging products and services including printers, digital photocopiers, multifunction devices, scanners, and managed print solutions (MPS). The site provides information on the series of National Master Standing Offers (NMSO) for the purchase of desktop and network printers, as well as the NMSOs for the lease of photocopiers and multifunction devices. Additionally, information on the series of NMSOs for document scanners, the series of NMSOs for wide format printers (plotters), and the supply arrangements for MPS is provided.
