The Partnership for College Completion has set ambitious goals to support improved college
graduation rates for first generation, low income students throughout the region. Despite
improvements in the high school graduation and matriculation rates for students, college
graduation rates have remained flat. The Partnership for College Completion (PCC) seeks to
support and catalyze systemic change by developing regional strategies to increase college
completion rates, supporting effective research on what works to support first generation college
students, advocating for effective policies, and supporting leaders in executing on evidence based
reforms. The Partnership seeks a Program Associate who will be integral to supporting the
implementation of organizational initiatives aimed at improving first generation low income
student success. The Program Associate will support office efforts to collect, analyze, and
synthesize multiple data inputs related to programmatic initiatives and student success. The
