Group BuyingWhere several departments or locations are interested in grouping together to buy the same product, this can reduce the cost by everyone buying at the higher quantity rate. The Group Buying facility will share the information and automatically compile the group order.

Artwork Folder (Digital Asset Management)PromoB2B provides a central location to store your company’s artwork, logos and images as well as artwork guidelines if available. The logos are held in JPEG, EPS and PDF formats. The images are easily accessible and users can download any file for use elsewhere.

View Completed JobsPromoB2B will store information on all previous jobs produced for your company. This will include a photo and description of the product, who ordered it, the price, quantity and order date. This will assist in reordering or just to get some ideas for a new requirement.

Online StockYour local distributor can run a stocked merchandise scheme for users in the region. The benefits of this are: cost savings, 24hr stock availability, no minimum quantity per order and consistency of branding.
