Presentation of the Project plan

1. Project Justification

Modern Information Communication Technology (ICT) has transformed

the world into a global village. Though modern ICT gadgets and their

accessories are available in our local markets, access and affordability is

a serious handicap to many people especially in sub-Saharan Africa because of poverty. Another issue is that of poor quality. Some of

the ICT gadgets are fragile.

2. Project Objective

To supply durable, accessible, affordable, reliable and quality

Smart phones and their accessories.

3. Project Sector

Importation and retail and whole sale of Smart phones and

accessories.

4. Marketing plan

Smart phones have a huge demand in Buea because of the university student population and the surrounding towns and cities such as Tiko, Limbe and Kumba. We intend to set –up a shop with glass cupboards to display our quality Smart phones.

We shall make ourselves known to potential customers by advertising ourselves through printed handbills, posters to promote our products. We will do everything to gain, preserve and sustain the confidence and trust of our customers. We will also go to the interior markets.

5. Record Keeping and AccountabilityWe will open account with a commercial bank for this business. We will keep good records to ensure accountability of our transactions.

6. Expected out comes
