This project involves a new 42,223 square foot, single-story,
tilt wall building for use as a K-8 school. The school is being
constructed on 5.25 acres in Denver, North Carolina.
PROJ ECT GOAL S:
1. Ensure the low voltage contractor is providing
the equipment, per RAD specifications
2. Manage the CSUSA –RAD turnover dates
effectively to eliminate delays
3. Closely monitor the amount of exported dirt
from the site.
4. Ensure VCT and base finishes meet RAD
expectations
