1. RF and Site Survey

SITE BUILD UP
PROCESS1. Site acquisition : Acquire the land in terms of rent/lease from the owner
with NOC.
2. Electricity power connection : Immediately after the site is handed over
to the site development team action is initiated to obtain power connection
from respective state electricity board.
Obtaining the connection involves following activities:
Preparation and submission of application Estimation by the state electricity board
Payment of the estimated amount including security deposit
Release and provision of permanent connection.
3. Contracting and Identification of Risk : Take a details of a site location
and identified the risk factor.
4. Documentation : The need to specify the type of document, the format,
and acceptance and certification procedure needs to emphasis.
It directly affect the payment terms and thus the cash flow.

5. Non Availability of site : Non- availability of sites, cancelation, sites
on hold and dispute sites has adverse affect on the roll out plan.
6. Change in specification: Due to the very nature of the project,
specification changes occur.
7. Tenancy : During the preliminary survey certain sites are selected
based on the anticipated traffic and location.
8. Integration of supply of material : Diverse kind of material and
equipment are supplied by respective agencies and their delivery iscoordinated with the progress at respective sites.
9. Soil Testing : to under take field and laboratory investigation to
assess the nature and bearing capacity of soil.
10.Design : Design should be simple , flexible executable on ground.
