About the Project
As can be known, English is the most popular language in the world. To integrate with the other countries, each Vietnamese person has to know English. Be a girl in Technology Age, I would like to contribute my effort to help the community. So I plan a project called “Free English Class” to teach my neighbours’ children the basic knowledge of English.
My project will help the children to solve not only small problems such as reading and writing in English, understanding the instructions of the household machines but also the big matters such as communicating with the foreigners.
GOALS
THE METHODThe class is for primary students. There are 3 – 5 students. My lecture will be lasted during 2 hours every Sunday. The students will take part in this class without paying any money for fee.THE RESULT
With all the method as mentioned above, I think the children will be interested in and enjoyed my project and the class will be really effective and help them a lot.
PLANI will invite the neighbours’ children to take part in the class. There will be 3 – 5 students.I will also have to prepare all the necessary things such as the empty room of my house is the classroom; board, chalks, tables and chairs... will be prepared by salvaging old things in my house and using my savings... I intend to compose a primary lesson-plan which is the combination of grade 3, grade 4 and grade 5.Then, I will teach them the basics:spelling words, counting numbers, reading short stories, writing simple letters...The lecture will be lasted during 2 hours every Sunday.
I hope, after participating my class, each student will be able to use English easily.
Results
THE PLAN AND RESOURCEThe empty room of my house is the classroom.I intend to compose a primary lesson-plan which is the combination of grade 3, grade 4 and grade 5. I will prepare all the tools such as board, chalks, tables and chairs... by salvaging old things in my house and using my savings.
They will become more confident in life
The children will have lots of fun, make friends with each other, then they will have a passion for English.
