PROJECT 10: EXHIBITION

RUS104 XZBITION 2012 To share their studio works with the larger community of HBP, the actors of RUS104 have to exhibit the outcomes of the Project 1 to Project 9 at the major spot of the school- THE DRUM.

For this purpose, 2 groups will be combined to form 6 major groups (instead of 12 groups now) which will be responsible for designing 5 Exhibition Booths (and 1 group to conduct Special Tasks).

The design of each booth and overall space of THE DRUM should be based on the stipulated exhibition theme: ‘COLOURFUL DOMINO’

The location of the booths (Booth 1-4) and the ‘stage area’ (for opening ceremony) are as shown in this ground floor plan, while Booth 5 is located on the upper floor of the DRUM:

For this exhibition, each booth will be provided with: i)partition boards to display the selected presentation drawings, and ii)table(s) to place sculptures, models or reports (Booth 3, 4 & 5)

Besides the major task to design the booth (with any possible materials) based on the ‘COLOURFUL DOMINO’ theme, each group also needs to design and provide a ‘BANNER’(sized 10’ x 3’) to show:i)the booth number (e.g. Booth 2)ii)groups involved (e.g. G3 & G4)iii)the name of projects displayed (e.g. P2: Interiors & P3: Exteriors)

The Special Task Group (G7 & G10 combined) will be responsible to:i)design the ‘MAIN BANNER’ and posters of the exhibitionii)prepare the ‘stage area’, andiii)provide the relevant equipment/tools for the ‘opening ceremony’ (audio visual equipment, background slide and chairs for VIP) The ‘Opening Ceremony’ will take place on 10 December 2012, at 10.00am. The summarized detail of the exhibition are as follows:
