    Ovaj rad je posveen posebnim zahtevima ruskog zelenog standarda RUSO za fudbalske stadione koji e se primenivati za sertifikaciju fudbalskih stadiona na

    svetskom prvenstvu koje FIFA organizuje 2018. godine u Rusiji. Uz primenu zahteva FIFA, svi fudbalski stadioni

    za svetsko prvenstvo 2018. godine moraju da imaju sertifikat u skladu sa metodologijom odrivog razvoja.

    Nacionalni zeleni standard zasnovan je na proceni da li su fudbalski stadioni za svetsko privenstvo

    usklaeni sa nacionalnim graevinskim zakonima u pogledu arhitekture, konstrukcije, plana lokacije i tehnike, i sa nacionalnim ekonomskim i ekolokim

    normama sa posebnom panjom na nacionalne prioritete. Zahtevi zelenog standarda su zasnovani na principima i pristupima koncepta odrivosti. U

    sadanjoj fazi ovi zahtevi od 80 do 90% odgovaraju postojeim ruskim zahtevima i normama. U sutini, referetni pokazatelji ovog koncepta ine metodoloku osnovu za formulisanje potrebnih kriterijuma zatite

    ivotne sredine i energetske efikasnosti objekta koji treba da bude sertifikovan. Stoga ceo taj proces ni na

    koji nain nije artificijelan, ve pre predstavlja nastavak prirodnog procesa, ali sa naglaskom na relevantnim kriterijuma koje priznaje meunarodna zajednica i

    koji su usaglaeni sa zahtevima FIFA. Ruski nacionalni standard je zasnovan na iskustvima u projektovanju,

    izgradnji i eksploataciji ruskih fudbalskih stadiona, ukljuujui stadione u Grozniju, Kazan, i u Rostovu na

    Doni.

    The paper is devoted to the particularities of Russian Green Standard RUSO Football Stadiums for certifying football stadiums of the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia. In appliance with the requirements of FIFA all football stadiums for the 2018 World Cup must be certified in accordance with the methodology of sustainable development.

    The national green standard is based on an assessment of the degree to which World Cup football stadiums conform to national building codes in terms of architecture, structures, site plan, and engineering, and national economic and environmental norms with a particular focus on national priorities. The requirements of the green standard are based on principles and approaches of the sustainability concept. At the current stage, these requirements correspond by 80-90% to the existing Russian requirements and norms. Essentially, the reference indicators of this concept lay the methodological groundwork for formulating the required criteria of environmental and energy efficiency of a building subject to certification. Therefore, the entire certification process is not artificial in any way. Rather, it is a continuation of the natural process but with a focus on the relevant criteria that are recognized by the international community and conform to FIFA requirements. The Russian national standard is based on the experience of designing, building, and operating Russian football stadiums, including those in Grozny, Kazan, and Rostov-on-Don.

    Data centar je objekat koji sadri telekomunikacionu opremu, kao to su serveri i raunari. Ova oprema

    radi sa visokom gustinom snage i zahteva znaajno snabdevanje energije. Vei deo ove energije se pretvara u toplotu i rasipa se u zapremini unutranjeg prostora. Stoga je u ovom sluaju korienje sistema za hlaenje od sutinskog znaaja. Klimatizacioni sistem se obino

    koristi u ogranienom opsegu temperature, to vodi velikoj potronji energije. Smanjenje ove potronje

    energije predstavlja izazov kojim se treba baviti.

    Eksperimentalna studija je obavljena na malom objektu sa unutranjom zapreminom od 42 m3.

    Unutar objekta su intalirana etiri ormana za montau telekomunikacione opreme. U ormane su postavljeni grejni elementi kako bi simulirali pravu

    telekomunikacionu opremu. To omoguava da se vrlo precizno regulie rasipanje snage (pretvaranje u toplotu).

    Rahsladni sistem koji je usvojen za zgradu predstavlja dvostruku cirkulaciju vazduha (protivstrujanje) unutar

    tri od etiri vertikalna zida. Dve vazdune struje su odvojene metalnom savijenom ploom kako bi se

    poveala razmena toplote. Sve vazduh koji dolazi spolja ini spoljanju struju vazduha. Unutranja struja

    vazduha, u zatvorenom kolu, omoguava da se ukloni energija koju rasipaju ormani. Prednja strana ormana je okrenuta prema dovodu hladnog vazduha, a zadnja

    strana je okrenuta prema odvedenom toplom vazduhu. Zbog toga je unutar objekta usvojena konfiguracija toplog/hladnog prolaza. Ovaj koncept klimatizacije predstavlja sistem za indirektno slobodno hlaenje. Oprema se hladi korienjem klimatskim uslovima

    spoljanjeg vazduha.

    Da bi se ocenila efikasnost objekta, postavljeno je 50 termoelemenata za merenje temperature u razliitim

    poloajima. Takoe se mere i klimatski uslovi, rasipanje unutranje toplote i vazduna struja.

    U ovoj studiji je razvijen numeriki viezonalni model primenom TRNSYS za simulaciju termikog ponaanja

    objekta. Program TRNFLOW se koristi za predstavljanje vazdune struje unutar vertikalnih zidova i kroz ormane.

    Eksperimentalna merenja dobijena za razliite parametre (rasipanje snage, brzina vadzune struje) uporeena su sa numerikim rezultatima kako bi se

    ispitao (validirao) ovaj model.

    A data center is an installation that contains telecommunication equipment like servers and computers. This equipment operates with a high power density and requires important energy supplying. Most of this energy is converted into heat and dissipated in the interior volume. Therefore, the use of a cooling system becomes very essential in this case. The air conditioning system is generally used in restricted ranges of temperatures and humidity leading to very high energy consumption. The reduction of this energy consumption constitutes a challenge which should be raised.

    The experimental study is carried out on a small building with 42 m3 of internal volume. Four telecom racks are installed inside the building. Racks are equipped with heating elements in order to simulate real telecom equipment. This allows controlling the power dissipation very precisely.

    The cooling system adopted in the building is represented by a double air circulation (counter flow) within three of the four vertical walls. The two air flows are separated by a metallic folded sheet to increase heat exchange. Fresh air coming from outside constitutes the external airflow. The internal airflow, in closed loop, allows evacuating the power dissipated by the racks. The front side of the racks faces the cold air supply, and the back side faces the exhaust hot air. Therefore, the hot/cold aisle configuration is adopted inside the building. This concept of air conditioning is an indirect free-cooling system. The equipment is cooled by using external air climatic conditions.

    In order to evaluate the efficiency of the installation, 50 thermocouples are set up to measure temperatures in different positions. Climatic conditions, internal heat dissipation and airflow are also measured.

    In the present study, a numerical multi-zone model is developed using TRNSYS to simulate the thermal behavior of a building. The TRNFLOW program is used to represent the airflow within the vertical walls and through the racks.

    The experimental measurements obtained for different parameters (power dissipation, airflow rates) are compared to numerical results in order to validate the model.

    zagaenje ivotne sredine. Put reavanja ovih problema vodi preko razvijanja alternativnih energetskih izvora

    i poboljanja energetske efikasnosti opreme koja koristi fosilna goriva.

    Prilikom razvijanja alternativnih izvora energije, geotermalna energija se predstavlja kao pogodno reenje, a toplotna pumpa kao njen korisnik. Viestruka korist

    upotrebe toplotne pumpe, uz korienje geotermalnih izvora energije, ogleda se i u tome to se lako odravaju,

    efikasne su, mogu se koristiti za grejanje i hlaenje, a njihovim korienjem umanjuje se utroak primarne

    energije u poreenju sa drugim sistemima grejanja, ime se drastino smanjuje emisija CO2 u atmosferu, a samim

    tim titi ivotna sredina.

    Radom je prikazana razlika uticaja toplotne pumpe, korienjem geotermalnih izvora energije, na ivotnu

    sredinu u odnosu na grejanje na fosilna goriva. Kao primer uzeto je instalirano postrojenje za korienje

    geotermalne energije primenom toplotne pumpe voda-voda/bunar koje funkcionie u bivalentnom sistemu u

    sadejstvu sa sistemom centralnog grejanja.

    Disruptions of ecosystems and climate change are both locally and globally a result of human negligence, i.e. irrational use of energy. This causes two problems: disappearance of fossil fuels and environmental pollution. The way of solving the above-mentioned problems is to develop alternative energy sources and to improve energy efficiency of equipment that uses fossil fuels.

    In developing alternative energy sources, geothermal energy is presented as a suitable solution, and a heat pump is presented as its user. The multiple benefits of the geothermal heat pump are reflected in its easy maintenance, efficiency, its possibility to be used for heating and cooling, and reduced consumption of primary energy compared to other heating systems, resulting in reduction of CO2 emissions and better environmental protection.

    The paper shows the different environmental impacts of using geothermal heat pumps in comparison to heating with the use of fossil fuels. The given example is an installed geothermal heat pump water-water/well that functions in a bivalent system in coordination with the central heating system.

    Gradove u SAD odlikuje veoma prisutno post-industrijsko urbanistiko i arhitektonsko naslee. Ova

    je situacija prisutna i u mnogim Evropskim gradovima, pa i u Srbiji. Meutim, za razliku od Evropskih gradova, uglavnom motorizacijski napredni urbanistiki koncepti

    Amerike uslovljavaju pojavu urbane rasplinutosti i socijalne segragacije centar-periferija, koja je prisutna u

    veini gradova. Odlazak stanovnitva iz centara gradova ka periferiji je sve ea pojava. U kojoj meri je mogue

    savladati ovaj problem je pitanje koje ovaj rad postavlja.

    Korienjem Case study metode jednog Amerikog grada na istonoj obali u dravi Njujork, ispitavane

    su predispozicije za oivljavanje centara gradova kroz integraciju pejzane arhitekture tamo gde ona

    fali, afirmaciju upotrebe obnovljivih izvora (naroito geotermalne u vidu toplotnih pumpi i daljinskog

    grejanja) i uvoenje energetske sertifikacije i peakog i biciklistikog saobraaja.

    Radom je ustanovljeno da je mogue intergrisati obnovljive izvore u koncept urbanistike revitalizacije starih Amerikih gradova i da ovo ima veliki socijalni

    znaaj za zajednice i delove gradova kojima je potrebna afirmacija. Preporuka za dalja istraivanja je u

    sveobuhvatnom, gotovo pejzanom odnosu prema gradu u celini, gde e se upotreba geotermalne energije

    od individualnih reenja za objekte pretvoriti u koncept umreavanja razliitih izvora obnovljive energije. Glavni

    problem, koji se pokazao kroz istraivanje kao prisutan je miljenje drutva, koje jo uvek ne prepoznaje i ne

    povezuje toplotnu energiju sa planiranjem grada u dugoronom smislu. Na konceptima njene afirmacije

    treba raditi ukluivanjem drutvenih nauka i primenom koncepta medijskog i komunikacijskog menadmenta,

    na primer.

    Cities in the U.S. are characterized by very rich architectural and urban planning heritage, which can be regarded as valuable, but also as a drop-back. In comparison to European cities, the U.S. cities are known to be greater carriers of motor vehicle transportation infrastructures and, therefore, are more prone to urban sprawling. The segregation of the inner core from the rest of the city (suburbs or preferable places to live in) has helped deteriorate the role of the city cores in the urban development and their healthy morphologies. The inhabitants of city cores are turning away from the centre and deteriorated buildings of the post-industrial age. How can this be put to end is the question in the research presented.

    The case study of an East Coast city of Utica in the U.S. was presented. Especially, possibilities of landscape architecture, urban networks, and renewable energy (geothermal) were examined as an incubator for urban re-development. The outcomes show that this can be achieved as a long-term goal.The greatest obstacle to further implementation of energy planning (especially in terms of geothermal heat pumps and district heating) is the public belief that urban planning and energy planning are separate entities. Some instruments of media campaigns and educational strategies are to be recommended for achieving greater chance of geothermal to be considered a long-term option for a local resource-energy secure-city planning, despite the globalist city methodology set in planning of Utica so far.

    KAKO MAKSIMALNO UNAPREDITI ENERGETSKU EFIKASNOST I ISPLATIVOST SISTEMA KGH, ZA RAZLICITE TIPOVE TOPLOTNIH PUMPI PRIMERI IZ PRAKSE

    HOW TO MAXIMISE ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND COST EFFECTIVENESS OF DIFFERENT TYPE HEAT PUMP PROJECTS CASE STUDIES

    Prezentacija se bavi primenom razlicitih vrsta toplotnih pumpi u projektima za unapreenje energetske

    efikasnosti KGH Sistema, i iskustvima iz prakse. Tri projekta ilustruju razlicite projektantske i izvoacke

    izazove.

    Prvi projekat je o unapreenju energetske efikasnosti KGH sistema koji koristi geotermalne toplotne pumpe.

    Izuzetna energetska efikasnost geotermalnih pumpi je bila u senci neadekvatno projektovanog KGH

    sistema i pratecih kontrolnih sistema, sto je rezultiralo visegodisnjim bespotrebno povisenim racunima za

    electricnu energiju i smanjenom komforu u poslovnim prostorijama.

    Uvoenjem visestrukih mera za unapreenje energetske efikasnosti zgrada je smanjila kolicinu utrosene energije

    za skoro 50%, i znacajno unapredila radne uslove.

    Drugi slucaj iz prakse se odnosi na projektovanje i izvoenje KGH Sistema za odrzavanje temperature i

    relativne vlaznosti za galeriju slika, smestenoj u zgradi od istorijskog znacaja, na udaljenoj planinskoj lokaciji. Za obavljanje tog zadatka dabrana je toplotna pumpa

    vazduh-vazduh.

    Glavna karakteristika drugacijeg projektantskog pristupa je u promeni tehnoloske strukture standardne,

    vazduh-vazduh toplotne pumpe, tako da se koristi otpadna toplota kondenzatora za dogrevanje

    vazduha nakon susenja (kada system treba da smanji relativnu vlaznost). To se postize dodavanjem treceg

    izmenjivaca toplote postavljenog iza isparivaca u kanalu za dovod snabdevnog vazduha, i odgovarajuceg

    kompjuterizovanog kontrolnog sitema.

    Treci projekat je industrijski i odnosi se na smanjenje troskova za grejanje za postrojenje otpadnih voda (da

    omoguci punu aktivnost bakterija na razgraenju organskih materija u otpadnim vodama) , locirano na 1750 metara nadmorske visine, u okviru jednog

    skijaskog centra. Usvojen je projekat za koriscenje voda-voda toplotne pumpe koja recklira toplotu iz preraenih

    otpadnih voda, pre nego sto se ispuste u obliznji potok. Toplotna pumpa treba da koristi jeftinu nocnu

    elektricnu energiju i znacajn smanji troskove za grejanje postojecih sistema (gas u bocama, koji je vrlo skup, jer nema gradskog gasa, za koji se takoe placa vrlo skup

    prevoz preko snega u toku skijaske sezone.

    This paper discusses applications of diverse range of heat pums for energy efficiency HVAC projects and associated opportunities and challenges. Three case studies are presented.

    First case study discusses use of efficient ground sourced heat pumps in a poorly designed and controlled HVAC System, and rectification measures. High energy efficiency features of HVAC Equipment were overshadowed by inadequate design and controls of the entire HVAC System, resulting in overall energy inefficient HVAC System, with high energy consumption and poor comfort conditions. Several design and control rectification measures have significantly improved energy efficiency and comfort conditions in the building, resulting in energy reduction of almost 50%, confirmed by utility electricity costs.

    Second case study discusses an integrated approach for design and implementation of a new HVAC System for a close control environment of an art gallery, located in one heritage building in a remote location.

    The main innovative design feature is modification of a standard design of air-to-air heat pumps, for close control environment applications (accurate control of space temperature and relative humidity), so that waste heat from condensers, when AC unit runs in dehumidification mode, can be used for reheating of dry and overcooled supply air. This is achieved by introduction of an additional condensing coil, downstream of the cooling/dehumidification coil, controlled by comprehensive computerised HVAC Control system, BMS (Building Management System).

    Third case study, heating of seweage for a high-altitude sewerage treatment plant for a ski resort, discusses introduction of an off-peak water-to-water heat pump that recycles heat from an effluent pond, to reduce high cost of the existing heating (LPG that involves expensive over-snow transport). The project not only reduces cost of heating but also reduces thermal pollution of the nearby creek to which the ffuents are discharged after the treatments.

    Cil ovog rada je da da pregled postojeih znanja o energetskim zahtevima za izradu fotonaponskih (FN)

    sistema i da da neke reprezentativne proraune za vreme povraaja energije i emisije CO2. Analiziraju

    se tehnologije monokristalnog silicijuma (c-Si) itankogfilma. U ovom radu je razmatrana energetska

    odrivost fotonaponske energetske tehnologije, da bi se dobio odgovor na pitanje da li FN sistemi mogu

    generisati dovolnu koliinu energije u poreenju sa utroenom energijom potrebnom da se proizvedu

    komponente sistema. Efikasnost konverzije, upotreba materijala i energetska efikasnost FN sistema brzo

    se pobolavaju. esta auriranja ovih analiza su neophodna da prate ovu evoluciju.

    The objective of this paper is to provide a review of the existing knowledge on energy requirements for manufacturing photovoltaic (PV) systems and some representative calculations for the energy pay-back time and CO2 emissions. Both c-Si and thin film module technologies are analysed. In this paper we have reviewed the energy viability of photovoltaic energy technology to answer the question whether PV systems can generate suficient energy output in comparison with the energy input required during production of the system components. The conversion efficiency, material usage, and production energy efficiency of PV systems are improving rapidly. Frequent updates of these analyses are necessary to follow this evolution.

    PROCES RAFINISANJA BIOMASE SUPERKRITINOM VODOMPROCESS OF SUPERCRITICAL WATER BIOMASS REFINING

    Bioindustrija zasnovana na obnovljivim sirovinama i energiji je u kontinualnom razvoju i doprinosi

    decentralizaciji proizvodnje. Ona predstavlja alternativu dosadanjim centralizovanim petrohemijskim

    postrojenjima. U novije vreme konverzija razliitih organskih supstanci ukljuujui otpad, mulj i biomasu

    u biogoriva i biohemikalije privlai sve veu panju istraivaa. Superkritina voda se sve vie u procesima

    koristi kaorastvara i reakcioni medijum ime se omoguava selektivnost procesa i znaajno skraenje

    vremena trajanja reakcije. Skraenjem vremena reakcije omoguava se laki izbor procesne opreme u

    decentralizovanim postojenjima za preradu biomase. Hidrotermalni procesi koji koriste subkritinu i

    superkritinu vodu kao procesni medijum se sve vie posmatraju kao obeavajua tehnologija za konverziju

    organskih supstanci u biogoriva i biohemikalije. U ovom radu daje se kratak pregled hidrotermalnih procesa i

    mogunosti njihovog korienja za konverziju organskog otpada i biomase u gorivo i hemikalije.

    Biobased industries based on renewable sources and energy are still under continuous development and they contribute to a decentralized production that can be an alternative to the well-supported centralized petrochemical production plants. Recently, the conversion of different organic substances, including wastes, sludge, and biomass to biofuels and biobased chemicals has attracted a lot of attention of researchers. Supercritical water is emerging as a solvent and reaction medium capable of providing selective processes while significantly reducing the reaction time, leading to the possibility of developing compact equipment for the use in biomass decentralized production plants. Hydrothermal processes that use sub or supercritical water as processing media are considered as promising technologies for the conversion of organic substances into biofuels and biobased chemicals. In this paper a short review of the hydrothermal processes and potentials of their use for the conversion of organic wastes and biomass into fuels and chemicals is given.

    SISTEMI ZA SEZONSKO SKLADITENJE SOLARNE ENERGIJE U ZGRADAMASEASONAL SOLAR ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEMS FOR BUILDINGS

    U radu je dat pregled tehnologija za sezonsko sladitenje solarne energije za grejanje zgrada. Sadanje nacionalne

    i meunarodne strategije o energiji podstiu korienje obnovljivih izvora energije. Akumulator toplotne energije

    nudi razne mogunosti za projektovanje sistema za korienje obnovljive energije, naroito solarne energije. Termohemijsko skladitenje toplote postalo je popularno meu istraivaima zbog vee gustine energije i manjih toplotnih gubitaka u poreenju sa skladitenjem osetne

    i latentne toplote. Sa druge strane, solarna energija je priznata kao jedan od obnovljivih izvora energije sa

    najveim potencijalom. U prvom delu rada dat je pregled tehnologija i sistema za termohemijsko skladitenje

    sa naglaskom na sisteme koji koriste solarnu energiju u zgradama sa primerima iz inostranstva (Danska).

    Glavni deo rada predstavlja prezentaciju prototipa adsorpcionog sistema koji je napravljen u Laboratoriji za

    grejnu, sanitarnu i solarnu tehnologiju na Univerzitetu u Ljubljani. U sistemu se koristi radni par silikagela i vodene pare. Akumulator se sastoji od dve glavne

    komponente: adsorbera i isparivaa /kondenzatora. Silikagel predstavlja adsorpcioni materijal koji je u

    formi granula. Vezu izmeu adsorbera i isparivaa/kondenzatora predstavlja ventil. Poslednji deo rada

    sadri prezentaciju numerikih modela koji se koriste za proraune sezonskog skladitenja. TRNSYS (TRaNsient

    SYStem) je jedan od najpopularnijih programa za simulaciju sistema. To je kompletno i sveobuvatno

    okruenje simulacije koje se prevashodno bavi problemima vezanim za sisteme koji imaju tranzijentno

    ponaanje, kao to su sistemi u kojima se primenjuje solarna energija, toplotna (termika) analiza zgrade, elektrini sistemi, sistemi za grejanje, klimatizaciju i

    ventilaciju itd. Koristili smo ovaj program kako bismo simulirali primenu solarne enegiju sa sezonskim

    termohemijskim skladitenjem toplote.

    The paper presents a review of seasonal solar energy storage technologies for heating of buildings. Actual national and international energy strategies generally encourage the use of renewable energy sources. Thermal energy storage (TES) offers various opportunities in the design of renewable energy systems especially solar energy. Thermochemical heat storage has gained popularity among researches because of higher energy density and lower heat loss compared to sensible and latent heat storage. On the other side solar energy has been recognized as one of the renewable energy sources with the most potential. The first part of this paper is a review of thermochemical heat storage technologies and systems with emphasis on systems involving solar energy utilization in buildings with examples from abroad (Denmark).The main part of the paper is a presentation of adsorption prototype system made in the Laboratory for Heating, Sanitary and Solar Technology at University of Ljubljana. The system includes the working pair silica gel and water vapour. The storage consists of two main components: adsorber and evaporator/condenser. Silica gel represents the adsorption material and is in the form of granules. The connection between the adsorber and the evaporator/condenser is valve. The last part of the paper is presentation of numerical models that are used for seasonal storage calculations. TRNSYS (TRaNsient SYStem) is one of the most popular simulation system programs. It is a complete and extensible simulation environment that deals mainly with the problems associated with systems having transient behavior such as solar energy applications, buildings thermal analysis, electrical systems, HVAC etc. We have used the program to simulate the solar energy application with seasonal thermochemical heat storage.

    vrsta biogoriva dobijena iz sekundarnih drvnih sirovina veoma su prihvatljiva i predstavljaju znaajan

    izvor obnovljive energije. Proizvodi drvnih sekundarnih sirovina uglavnom nastaju preradom nus proizvoda iz

    umarstva, poljoprivrede, graevinarstva i nekih drugih delatnosti. Takve sekundarne sirovine su veoma pogodne

    kao obnovljivi izvor energije, ijem kvalitetu se u svetu pridaje velika panja kroz definisanje mnogobrojnih

    standarda kvaliteta.

    Da bi kvalitet biogoriva bio optimalan, neophodno je pri proizvodnji, kontrolisanju, laboratorijskim

    analizama, trgovini, transportu, korienju, primeni tehnike regulative i drugim potrebama, obezbediti

    itav niz zahteva u celokupnom tehniko-tehnolokom proizvodnom lancu.

    Srbija, od nedavno kao lan Evropskog komiteta za standarde (CEN), ali i kao kandidat za lanstvo

    u Evropskoj uniji, pored mnogobrojnih politiko-ekonomskih mera, mora usaglasiti i mnoge regulative,

    u koje spadaiset standarda koji se odnose na kvalitet vrstih drvnig biogoriva.

    Jedan od standarda koji tretira kvalitet biogoriva je i standard koji omoguava da se integriteti analitikih rezultata mogu izraziti faktorom konverzije iz nekog

    datog stanja, u eljeno stanje koje je u optoj upotrebi.

    U ovom radu je prikazana mogunost primenom principa konverzijeintegriteta pojedinihanalitikih

    vrednosti koje se mogu pretvoriti iz jednog stanja (prosuen, u primljenom stanju, suv, suv-bez pepela), u

    neka druga eljena stanja.

    The solid biofuel obtained from the secondary wood-based materials are highly acceptable and represent a significant source of renewable energy.

    Products of wood secondary raw materials mainly result from the processing of by-products from forestry, agriculture, construction, and other activities.Such secondary raw materials are very suitable as a renewable energy source, and their quality attracts much attention worldwide in defining a number of quality standards.

    In order to achieve optimal quality of biofuels, it is necessary to meet a series of requirements for production, inspection, laboratory analysis, trade, transport, use, application of technical regulations and other activities in the overall technical and technological production chain.

    Since recently, Serbia as a member of the European Committee for Standaridzation (CEN), but also a candidate for membership in the European Union, in addition to numerous political and economic measures, must harmonize many regulations, which also include a set of standards relating to the quality of solid wood biofuels.

    One of the standards that deal with the quality of biofuels is also the standard that enables the integrity of the analytical results to be expressed by a conversion factor of a given state to a desired state, which is in general use.

    This paper presents the possibility of applying the principle of conversion of integrity of certain analytical values that can be converted from one state (partially dried, in the received state, dry, dry-ash-free), to any other desired state.

    AND THE POSSIBILITY OF THEIR APPLICATION IN THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION OF THE BALKAN REGION

    Kao jedan od moguih efikasnih naina smanjenja ukupne koliine ugljen-dioksida u atmosferi je njegovo dugorono bezbedno i sigurno skladitenje. Sam proces skladitenja CO2 obuhvata etiri meusobno povezane

    aktivnosti: kaptiranje gasa; priprema gasa za transport; transport gasa i skladitenje gasa. Gas se moe uspeno

    odloiti u sva tri agregatna stanja. U osnovi, danas postoje tri znaajna tipa, dugoronog skladitenja

    ugljen-dioksida:1). skladitenje u dubokim formacijama propusnih stena; 2) skladitenje ugljen-dioksida u

    okeanima i 3) skladitenje stvaranjem karbonatnih minerala na povrini.

    U regionu Balkana, danas dugorono odlaganje otpadnog ugljen-dioksida mogue je realizovati: 1)

    prilikom eksploatacije nafte i gasa i 2) skladitenjem u iscrpljenim naftnim i gasnim leitima.

    One of the possible efficient ways of reducing the total amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere is its long-term and safe storage. The CO2 storage process includes four interconnected activities: gas capture; preparation of gas for transport; gas transportation, and gas storage. The gas can be successfully stored in all three states of aggregation. Basically, today there are three important types of long-term storage of carbon dioxide: 1) storage in deep formations of permeable walls; 2) storage of carbon dioxide in the oceans, and 3) storage by creating carbonate minerals on the ground surface.

    In the region of the Balkans, todays long-term disposal of waste carbon dioxide can be realised: 1) during exploitation of oil and gas, and 2) by storing in exhausted oil and gas deposits.

    Projekti korienja komprimovanog prirodnog gasa (CNG-a), za potrebe proizvodnje toplote i grejnja,

    u irem smislu, predstavljaju aktivnost u oblasti poboljanja energetske, ekoloske i finansijske fikasnosti, zatite ivotne sredine, uvanja prirode i zdravlja ljudi.

    U uem smislu, cilj ovih projekataje eliminisanje iz upotrebe tenih naftnih derivata (mazuta, lo ulja

    i sl.), kao pogonskih goriva, u zamenu za energetski efikasnijim, a ekoloski istiji energent komprimovani

    prirodni gas (CNG). U praksi se projekti ove vrste uspesno i brzo(za nekoliko meseci) realizuju u svim

    sluajevima gde nema prirodnog gasa, ili gde postoji problematika prikljuenja na distributivne gasovode

    Srbijagasa ili Jugorosgasa.

    In a wider sense, projects on the use of compressed natural gas (CNG) for production of heat and heating represent the activites in the field of improving the energy, environmental, and financial effiency, environmental protection, and nature and human health preservation.In a narrower sense, the aim of these projects is to eliminate the use of liquid petroleum products (fuel oil, heating oil and similar ) as motor fuels, and to use more energy efficient and environmentally friendly energy source compressed natural gas (CNG).In practice, these types of projects are successfully and quickly implemented in the cases when natural gas is not available or when there are problems with connecting to the distribution pipelines of Srbijagas or Jugorosgas.

    ECONOMIC OPTIMIZATION OF SOLAR INSTALLATIONS IN BUILDINGS WITH DIFFERENT HEATING SYSTEMS

    U energetski efikasnim zgradama najzastupljeniji obnovljivi izvor energije je svakako solarna energija.

    Pomou solarnih sistema generise se elektrina i toplotna energija. U ovom radu je istraivana porodina zgrada

    sa instaliranim fotonaponskim panelima i solarnim kolektorima. Razmatrana su dva sistema grejanja:

    elektrino i daljinsko grejanje. Ekonomska optimizacija je sprovedena da bi se odredio

    optimalni odnos povrina fotonaponskih panela i solarnih kolektora, pri kome e se ostvariti najvea finansijska dobit (D). Za optimalne udele povrina

    solarnih instalacija dat je i period otplate investicija (PB). Analizirane su zgrade sa fotonaponskim modulima

    In energy-efficient buildings solar energy is definitely the most commonly used renewable energy source. Solar systems generate electricity and heat. In this paper a family building with installed photovoltaic panels and solar collectors was investigated. Two heating systems were analysed: electrical and district heating system.

    Economic optimization was performed to determine the optimal area of the PV array and solar collector area on the roof, in which the highest financial gain (D) will be achieved. For optimal values of PV and solar collector areas, payback time (PB) is also given. The residential buildings with variable PV cell efficiency were analyzed.

    POZITIVNI EFEKTI DIGITALIZACIJE REGULATORA PROTOKA I PRITISKA EFFECTS OF DIGITALIZATION OF SELF-ACTING FLOW AND PRESSURE CONTROLLERS

    Digitalizacija sigurno menja industriju daljinskog grejanja. Sve su nam blii detaljniji uvid u procese pomou povezanih komponenata i sistema, a time i mogunosti optimizacije. Industrija 4.0 je alatka

    koja omoguuje efikasan prelaz na etvrtu generaciju sistema daljinskog grejanja. Danfos se ponosi dugom

    istorijom razvoja najboljih samostalnih kontrolera koji omoguavaju operaterima kontrolu protoka i

    pritiska u primarnoj mrei daljinskog grejanja. Ali nova, digitalizovana, generacija kontrolera protoka i

    diferencijalnog pritiska prua nove mogunosti dodatne optimizacije. Kontroleri protoka i diferencijalnog

    pritiska su opremljeni novim, inteligentnim pokretaima koji operaterima omoguavaju daljinsku kontrolu i

    podeavanje diferencijalnog pritiska u svakoj taki mree. Upareni sa odgovarajuom upravljakom logistikom,

    ovi inteligentni kontroleri samostalno mogu da javljaju kontrolnom centru neophodne podatke. Drugi primer

    upotrebe ovih inteligentnih kontrolera je pametno prilagoavanje diferencijalnog pritiska na primarnoj strani podstanice, uklanjanje oscilacija na kontroleru

    protoka, a time i oscilacija temperature na sekundarnom dovodu, ime se izbegava preterano snabdevanje i poboljavaju uslovi diferencijalne temperature na

    primarnoj strani.

    Digitalization is unavoidably changing district energy industry. Benefits of more detailed insight of processes using connected componets & systems and therefore optimization possibilities are wide and not so hard to reach. Industry 4.0 is a tool that will enable effective transition to 4th gen. of DH systems. In Danfoss we have a long history of developing best-in-class self-acting flow & differential pressure controllers for DH systems, which enabled DH operators control of flow & pressure conditions in primary DH network. But new digitalized generation of flow & differential pressure controllers is enabling new opportunities for additional optimization. Flow & differential pressure controllers equiped with new intelligent actuators enable DH operators to remotely control (set) differential pressure at any point in network. Upgraded with proper control logic these intelligent controllers can i.e. autonomosly work together with goal of providing information to control center about optimal (min. required) pumping station set-point in realtime, consequently optimizing pumping costs and differential temperature. Another example is use of these intelligent controllers to, by intelligently adapting differential pressure conditions on substation primary side, remove flow-controller authority related oscilations, consequently also secondary side supply temperature oscilations, avoiding over-supply and improving primary side differential temperature conditions.Key words: digitalization, intelligent controllers

    Studije koje su se bavile merenjem stvarne potronje energije u objektima ukazuju na podatak da postoji

    znaajna razlika izmeu stvarne i projektom predviene potronje energije tzv. Performance Gap. Razloga

    za ovakvo stanje ima vie: grafiki sistemi koji se koriste pri izradi projekta nisu u stanju da predstave svu sloenost stvarnih objekata, tehnike modeliranja

    upotrebe objekata se ne koriste ili su u upotrebi tehnike koje imaju znaajnih nedostataka, neadekvatna kontrola prilikom izvoenja radova, neadekvatan izbor ugraene

    opreme, gubitak performansi ugraene opreme tokom eksploatacije, neadekvatno odravanje i sl. Jedan od

    najznaajnijih uzroka nerealno velike potronje energije je injenica da korisnici nisu u dovoljnoj meri upoznati sa karakteristikama ugraene opreme, nainom njenog

    korienja, preporukama za racionalno korienje toplotne energije i znaajem koji po sistem ima adekvatno

    i redovno odravanje. Ovaj rad bavi se prouavanjem uticaja aktivnosti koje se sprovede u cilju informisanja i

    podizanja svesti stanara o potrebi racionalnog korienja toplotne energije na smanjenje razlika izmeu stvarne

    i projektom predviene potronje toplotne energije u stambenim objektima izgraenim u okviru stambeno-poslovnog kompleksa Stepa Stepanovi u Beogradu. Primena inovativnih mera i ispitivanja se sprovede u

    okviru projekta MOEEBIUS (Modelling Optimization of Energy Efficiency in Buildings for Urban Sustainability)

    koji se u okviru Programa Horizon 2020 finasira iz sredstava EU. U okviru Projekta e biti analiziran

    i inovativni koncept ESCO modela pod nazivom Podizanje svesti korisnika kao sredstvo za postizanje
