My passion for teaching revolves around the student. I have been excited about cooking and all things
culinary for many years. I feel that I can bring that same level of excitement and passion to a classroom
by using my background and experience as building blocks for their culinary careers. I enjoy sharing my
skills with students who share my enthusiasm. Food is universal and each student will have their own
experiences and memories to draw upon in my classroom. My job is to nurture their passion and draw
upon their experiences to further my knowledge and help propel them to culinary successes.

Weddings, corporate events, and location catering have been the heart of my catering business. From
independent films to major motion pictures, Ciao Chow Catering has catered to Hollywood stars and local

took delivery of the first Quantel EditBox installed in the US. The Editbox allowed for realtime, non-linear
editing without compression. I was able to learn the system and was one of the in house editors on staff.
On the graphic end, I used a DP/Max by Colorgraphics. The DP/Max was a paint system, realtime

Decide if you really want a job or are you going through the motions to make someone else happy.
( Parents tell you).
For every college, job, or training program in which you apply, an applica7on will be required.
The ability to complete an applica7on is a skill you will use throughout your life.
You must be able to understand the ques7ons, know all the required informa7on, and be able to fit your
answers into limited spaces.
These applica7ons provide an example of your handwri7ng abili7es, neatness, and your ability to
organize and communicate informa7on effec7vely on a form.
Your applica7on must be completely filled in with no blank spaces, neat, easy to read and free of any
mistakes.
Finding a job is actually harder than working at a job. It takes a commiEed effort. It actually takes more 7me per day/week to look for a job than you will probably
work.
If you really want a job, make a list of where you would love to work, ask friends and parents to help you.
Research the company, find out what they do, or sell, where they operate.
Most businesses have web pages, ask your parents, teachers, etc about the company.
Employers are impressed when applicants actually know about them.
