Partner’s program

� We have defined three Categories of Partners, depending on the

level and type of desired investment in our Cluster which, for the

next capital increase, are fixed to:

� Total investment of:

� “Associated” partner: a minimum of 2.000 euros.

� “Basic” partner: a minimum of 10.000 euros.

� “Preferent” partner: a minimum of 50.000 euros.

� With a minimum of 25 % as liquid investment and the rest on kind

(Services, Licenses, Equipment, Own Product, BPM Process and

Connectors already developed).

� In our document “Multinacional Cluster – Partners and

Contributions” we detail conditions and rights applying to the

participation in each Partner’s Category.
