QUESTIONS SUBMITTED1 When the Concussion Guidance came out in May 2016 I raised the question

about what to do since our Athletics fall under the Youth Ministry of our Parish not the school I have the same question with the new Heat Preparedness Guidance Im not sure that OCS has a way to ensure that the parishes are following the state directives in both of these areas These are important topics with serious implications for our students but the school really has no way of knowing if our coaches are being made awaretrained for our students safety

2 Can there be research done into finding an insurance plan that offers paid family leave

3 Can we possibly discuss a plan that says all elementary schools in a deanery will follow the lead of their high school when making delay and closing decisions

We had the ldquoCatholic Framework Sexual Identityrdquo conferencenow what Revise guidance document Plan follow-up sessions with priests school

leaders amp other key catechetical leaders who did not attend

Plan sessions for newly onboarded leaders Distribute resource list update as new

resources are vetted Enact Archdiocesan Support Team as needed
