Summary Datasheet Preliminary 1Q 2016 Previously the antMODULE TM Network Performance Modules Accedian Network Performance Modules provide an innovative way to add key Performance Assurance features addressing the full end-to-end service lifecycle such as Service Activation Testing, Continuous Performance Monitoring, Remote Troubleshooting and Connectivity Fault Management (CFM) to deployed Carrier Ethernet & IP Services. The ant Module employs a fully-featured FPGA capable of active Ethernet testing and traffic generation, in a compact, power-efficient footprint—without compromising performance, scalability, and precision. This makes Accedian Modules an ideal fit for cost and space-sensitive applications, where performance is a key service differentiator. The ant with advanced features support leverages the same capabilities as the first generation device, and is built with the ability to support more advanced features such as traffic management (regulators, QoS, policing, VLAN tag manipulation), fine-grained flow metering (bandwidth monitoring), and FlowBROKER—the unique remote packet capture functionality available with the SkyLIGHT VCX solution.
