Chapter 3, page 13. Conclusion Lessons learnt RoSPAs mission is to save lives and reduce injuries A good format which we identified from submissions included: Who is at risk and why Current service in relation to need Un met needs and service gaps Another format included: Current situation Future needs and gaps in provision Identified future threats to service delivery Summary of priorities that will help deliver casualty reduction in accordance with identified best practice And Remember RoSPAs mission is to save lives and reduce injuries Cost benefit analysis is something which is engrained within the Public Health Culture. Dont forget to include inputs and outcomes derived from initiatives. Use evidence to demonstrate the effectiveness of current activities, or if its a new activity show how the outcomes will be monitored and evaluated. And Remember RoSPAs Mission is to Save Lives and Reduce Injuries Dont be disheartened, remember the need to be cost-effective and the focus on prevention means that new approaches to delivering public services must be considered and adopted.
