Days passed, the laughter I used to hear outside turned into tragic sounds of pain, I heard some people saying “It’s almost

there, darling, push!” It is there then I saw the first light that hit my very eyes. I heard my voice crying, then the plane black room

where I used to be, turned into a white relaxing room. I saw unfamiliar creatures, different kinds of faces, and most of them wore white dresses. I wondering what and who they are. As I

wonder on things, l haven’t noticed that I fell asleep.

Page 4: Presentation1

By the time I woke up, I saw a very charming person

lying in a bed welcoming me with her sweet and warm

smile. “Who’s this beautiful creature?” I said to myself.

Then, the lady who’s carrying me lend me to that girl.

“What a charming baby you have ma’am” the lady

who’s carrying me a while ago said, while handling me to

this woman. There, then I realize that this woman

carrying me is my mom.

Page 5: Presentation1

“What shall we name her?” a substantial man ask my

mom while he sits beside her.

“Maybe, Angel, for she looks like an angel.” mom said to

this unfamiliar person.

“Sounds good. I’ll go now process her birth certificate. ”he answered.

As time elapsed, I again entered a new world. More

colorful than the one I have seen. I saw

trees, plants, and animals. Then mom and the man I saw

earlier brought me to a new place again. Full of toys, and

many other things which used to be attractive on one’s

vision. Then this strange man talks..

Page 7: Presentation1

“Hi! Baby Angel, this is mommy” pointing his finger to

mom.

“Baby, I’m mommy and he’s daddy” pointing to the

strange man beside her.

Then, it is there that I realized that this strange man

is my dad.

Page 8: Presentation1

Months passed by, I’m now wearing a white cute

dress. Mom and dad were busy preparing themselves and

again, I am wondering what’s happening to this world again.

When we finally arrived at our destination, I surprisingly saw a

man hanging at a cross.

Then I saw different humankind wearing colorful dresses.

When I heard someone saying

“The ceremony is about to start.”

Page 9: Presentation1

My dad is carrying me with mom on his side. The people I saw wearing those colorful dresses is now having a lighted candle on their hands. I enjoyed watching them responding on the priest’s

ceremony when I felt something cold in my head.

Page 10: Presentation1

Oh! It’s holy water! I cried loudly for I was

shocked. Then people surrounded me uttering these

words

“Congratulations! Baby Angel, you’re now an

Angel of God.”

There I realized, this day is my baptism. This is

the first day of my life as God’s follower.

Page 11: Presentation1

Years passed so quickly. I am now starting to know

some things. My mom was my very first teacher, she’s the

one who teaches me how to read, write and do a lot of

amazing things.

Page 12: Presentation1

I’m now a teenager, a well-grown pretty teenage

girl. I always argue with my mom because I want to

run my life as I wanted to. I don’t want anyone to

prohibit me from doing the things I like.

Page 13: Presentation1

I used to go out with my friends and been

addicted to hang outs especially at night. I

even don’t attend school sometimes.

Page 14: Presentation1

Whenever I arrive home late, I always hear my

mom’s voice nagging at me. Well, this time I don’t obey

my mother at all. I’ll just face back and murmur.

Page 15: Presentation1

I always disobey my mom. I don’t listen to

all her advices. I’m like rebelling against her.

All I think was she is a very strict mom that

would prohibit me to feel what other teenagers

usually feel during this age. All this time, I

don’t listen to mom.

I always think that my mother is somewhat

like the antagonist of my life. She always

regard all of my actions unacceptable.

Sometimes, I get jealous to some of my friends

for they have their freedom and their mothers

have always been supportive to them.

Sometimes I prefer to have their moms as my

mother. I really HATE my mother.

Page 16: Presentation1

Until one day…..

Page 17: Presentation1

I am now again in a place

where I first opened my

eyes. I’m here in this white

room again. I really don’t know what exactly had

happened but all I

remember was…….

Page 18: Presentation1

“LIGHT”

“LIGHT”

Page 19: Presentation1

When I open my eyes. The

very first person I saw was

my Mom. She’s lying on the

hospital room’s sofa.

The nurse went closer to

me to check my condition

Page 20: Presentation1

“Are you okay now?” the nurse asked.

“A bit but my back still hurts.” I

answered.

Maybe she noticed that I was staring at

my mother. She looks very tired.

Page 21: Presentation1

“Good to hear darling, all this time your

mom didn’t leave you. Since the time you

were in the operating room until now.

Your father just brought food here for her

to eat. She’s always her. She never left.

Whenever she sees you lying in this

bed, she always cries.”

Upon hearing this from the nurse, I

cried. I realized how my mom really loves

me despite all the things I ever did to her

and to dad.

Page 22: Presentation1

Then the nurse goes out…

Page 23: Presentation1

When my mom noticed that I am already awake.

She stood and sat beside my bed. She’s crying.

“Mom, what happened?”-I asked

“The car which you and your friends are using has

been hit by another car.”

Page 24: Presentation1

On that very moment, I remember

all the things that had exactly

happened on that night.

Page 25: Presentation1

It was Saturday when I asked mom to allow me to go

out for some pleasures, but my mom strongly disagreed

because she said that she has this strange feeling that

something’s about to happen. But still, I insisted to go. I

went with my friends without her knowing. I just jumped at

the window to be with my friends who were waiting

outside.

Page 26: Presentation1

I cried and hugged my mom.

“Mommy, I’m so sorry!” I said.

“Don’t cry. It’s okay.” Mom said in a husky voice.

“Sorry mom, all this time, all I ever gave you was

heartaches and pains. Sorry mom. I love you.”

“It’s okay. Don’t cry. Everything will be fine now.

Nothing bad will going to happen. I won’t let anyone,

anything, to hurt my one and only angel. I hope you

understand now why I am so strict when it comes to

you.”

Page 27: Presentation1

“Now I understand mom, you are doing it because it’s

for my own good, because you love me so much. I’m so

sorry. I hope that you’ll forgive me. I’ll try to be a better

daughter to you and to dad from now on.”…

“It’s okay. I understand you and I’ll always forgive

you.”

“Thank you mom, I love you”

“I love you more than you can imagine, Angel.”

Page 28: Presentation1

Then mom hugged and kiss me…

Page 29: Presentation1

“Some mothers are kissing mothers, and some are scolding

mothers, but the love they try to show is just the same.

Sometimes, we, their children, even misinterpret all their actions

because we always think of our own happiness without even

thinking what they might feel upon doing such things. We, as their

loving sons and daughters, must always remember that our parents

love us despite all the bad things we have showed them and at the

end of the day, it’s still them who is always there willing to be our

shoulder at the times when we’re down. ”

Page 30: Presentation1

The relationship between a mother and a child

is very special and that is as good as truth. A

mother means the world to a child, it is she

who protects, nourishes, and bestows her

child with love and care. It is she who

sacrifices many things in life to give the best

to her children. A mother's love is something

that no one can explain. It is made of deep

devotion and of sacrifice and pain.

Page 31: Presentation1

It is endless and unselfish and enduring come

what may. For nothing can destroy it or take that

love away . . .It is patient and forgiving when all

others are forsaking, and it never fails or falters

even though the heart is breaking . . .It believes

beyond believing when the world around

condemns, and it glows with all the beauty of the

rarest, brightest gems . . .It is far beyond

defining, it defies all explanation, And it still

remains a secret like the mysteries of creation . .

. A many splendored miracle man cannot

understand and another wondrous evidence of

God's tender guiding hands.

Page 32: Presentation1

“A MOTHER IS THE TRUEST FRIEND WE HAVE, WHEN TRIALS HEAVY AND SUDDEN FALL UPON US; WHEN ADVERSITY TAKES THE PLACE OF PROSPERITY; WHEN FRIENDS DESERT US; WHEN TROUBLE THICKENS AROUND US, STILL WILL SHE CLING TO US, AND ENDEAVOR BY HER KIND PRECEPTS AND COUNSELS TO DISSIPATE THE CLOUDS OF DARKNESS, AND CAUSE PEACE TO RETURN TO OUR HEARTS.”
