Quality experience1993: start of the pilot project about the development of Total Quality Management under the supervision of the Japanese professor Tsuda.
The specific aim of the project is increasing student motivation and involvement via self-directed learning (the teacher acts as a coach) and via self-assessment.
At this moment about forty schools in Flanders co-operate in the project with the support of the Ministry of Education
