Clamping tools

Universal manual and pneumatic Toggle Clamps RY-UP.

A perfect whole – ingenious design, high-strength materials, hardened bearing bushings, joints, rivets and pins, and high-quality workmanship, all making up a perfect whole.

Hardness 50HRC (500HV) – the parts of the clamp that exert high clamping force and are subject to stress are hardened as standard.

Anti-corrosion protection – all types of clamps are galvanized (upon request they can be phosphate coated, blackened or nickel plated).

Stainless steel version – selected types of Toggle Clamps RY-UP are manufactured upon request also in a stainless steel version.

5 × MORE = ADVANTAGES OF MODULAR SOLUTION OF JIGS FROM THE SYSTEM SIEGMUND

Given a sufficient portfolio of components and under the assumption of regular maintenance, jigs built using the modular components of the Siegmund welding modular kit allow a virtually infinite number of variants of jigs of differing sizesan weight categories, in repeating cycles.

In the case of repeat production and in the case of production of a test run of products or in case of production of one-off products, Siegmund modular jigs are always an advantage.

Variable reconfiguration of modular components of the jig on a universal table which the welder himself assembles.

Variability is always an advantage – for one-off production in metal fabrication shops or for workplaces in large welding shops. In this way a simple modular jig is always available immediately, and it is not necessary to wait for it to be designed and made. Each application created using the components of the modular kit guarantees the standard precision of the jig, and so no jig is a makeshift solution.

After an assembled jig has been dismantled, it is possible to assemble a new one immediately.

One part of a delivery of custom-built jigs (paid service) is their drawings and set of guides for insertion in jig. The jig is assembled according to documentation, and the operator then uses the jig according to the guide. In the case of start of production of the next run of products, the operator simply reconfigures the original jig according to documentation drawn up in advance. It is not necessary to wait for a single-use jig to be made and fine-tuned - everything is performed quickly, within a matter of hours.

A change in the design solutions of already manufactured components is not a problem.

Every product undergoes a process of improvement and innovation. In the case of design changes to welded components already in production, there is no need to make a new jig. Only the relevant place of the modular jig is swapped out, and production can continue without undue increase in costs and downtime.

acquisition price of

of long-term costs

their alteration, repair,

- but the long-term absence

During processing the project is discussed with the ordering party so that the client has a clear overview

of the course of processing for its entire period.

The processing of each project starts with a blank sheet of paper. As a result the deadlines for

processing differ from case to case.

If a client is interested, it is possible to perform a presentation on site with the involved workers and

an illustration of the project in a 3D presentation.

The assembly of more complicated configurations on site is a matter of course.

This is followed by fine-tuning and familiarisation with correct use.

The expansion or rapid change of a jig is very simple, and our employees are always willing to
