CTR found that piping route on TP- 04, the
elevation for new route would clash with existing
lamp. Therefore, it is required to relocate the
Lamp (MWPN )

Problem Is: In drawing Number above this is line service is G05S if see in GS –EP‐PVV‐112 Should be use for material carbon steel but BOM we found material use Stainless steel total we found for three Platform is 9 ea of weldo flange SS.

Problem Is: In drawing Number No ID-SNB-WPN2-1080-551013 line 3”-L-B48-42024 we found line spec class B 48 but in material elbow 2” Sch 40 use material Carbon steel if we compare with GS EP PVV 112 is unmatched
• Drain line from offloading pump elevation lower than existing tie in point• Liquid trap during offloading pump operation
• Drain line to be re-route to lower deck to avoid liquid trap during offloading pump operation •Re-route drain line shall be refer to pump vendor dwg

Orientation of plating and H/R lay out T.O.P EL. (+) 16.146 (MWPS) and detail hatch cover framing plan is not matching, to be revise accordingly
Existing framing step landing clash with offloading frame extension deck module( MWPN & WPN2 )
Alternative solution :•Demolish the existing step landing frame to accommodate new frame offloading pump and rectify after new extension plaform installed.
Potential obstruction during Offloading Pump Installation : Cable trays, Lighting poles, Instrument stanchion
