Coding of Assets

• In this new stage of Web GIS based solution a Server based process is adopted to Code the Activity/Asset by a 9 Digit code

• 9 digit code is provided as per DOLR standards through a automatic step inside Bhuvan server

• It uses unique identification of State-Project-Activity-Counter of entity logic

• User either gets already a coded Activity in to his/her download

OR

• His/Her record automatically gets coded once it reaches the Server after upload

• Final database available for analysis will be precisely coded

• All earlier activities loaded till today will also be taken care as per the new coding that is evolved

Registering the Profile

During registration itself you have decide which project your association will be for specific inventory event. For other project, you have to change the profile again

New Activity

• This app is in developmental stage and can incorporate learning from this pilot phase being executed

in 100 projects. There can be issues of handling navigation images vis-à-vis other components of

observation and they will be resolved during standardisation. As per the suggestion of Ministry, it will

also be attempted to compartmentalize the non-compliant section of app with lower Android versions

(<4.1 etc).

• The presentation conveys the steps in principle and attempts to help general user of the app, who is

already familiar with earlier versions as well as the steps of Watershed Mangement protocol. For

further details of the activity, reference may be made to IWMP pages or user manuals placed on the

Srishti Website.

• Steps of new activity recording is placed concisely since steps are repetition of the recording followed

by Existing activity as well as earlier app procedure.
