System:◦ For continuity and minimal change management,

wikis be improved to present a workspace◦ Authentication be emphasized in the wikis◦ Role based access be put in place. This may take

time but it needs to be factored in as follows: Default: Access own created data, triangle recruit – edit own data, read data of own triangle members, Shido – Change own data, view data of other shidos for networking purposes, Supervisors / managers – View all data with rights to suspend / delete accounts, approve reject , comment on tasks of applicants, shidos etc.
