Plastic injection molds for free-falling plastic parts

One of our core competencies is the development and manufacture of

high precision injection molds, equipped with the latest sensor technology.

The plastic parts generally have a shot weight of 0.5 g to 200 g. Our plastic

injection tools are adapted to the requirements of the products. This way we

guarantee optimum quality over the entire service life and optimum prices.

We also offer the production of prototypes, pilot production and production

in series.

Hybrid or plastic injection molds for plastic-metal composite parts

We build injection molds for different combinations of materials, such as

stampings, gaskets and other functional elements. The plastic injection molding

tools can - depending on the requirements of the product - be built in cartridge

design or in round table design with multiple parts. For insert molding we offer

high-precision tools and develop with our partners complete production

equipments or produce in series for you.

Plastic injection molding tools for 2-K / 3-K parts

We provide plastic injection molding tools for multicomponent processes

in all technologies such as transfer technique, rotary vane technology and

core-back technique. So we always provide the optimum tool solution

depending on the requirements of the product. The following technologies

are applied: insert technology, turntabel technique, index slaps technologies,

sliding table technology and core-back technique.

Here we with our partners can offer you complete production equipments or

manufacture for you in series, too.

Plastic injection molding tools for reel-to-reel production

With tape molding (reel to reel) workpieces are supplied on spools for further

processing. After the refining process with plastic and the electrical and optical

testing the workpieces are again taken on empty bobbins. If necessary a separa-

tion can be done. The items can be placed in trays. For the reel to reel process we

and our partners also offer complete production equipments for you.

With this technology, the application rate can be doubled by the introduction

of another form separation. Storeys or tandem molds can produce more or

different moldings in one shot. With storeys or tandem molds several materi-

als such as e.g. hard-soft-combinations or different colored materials can be

processed. We offer tools with up to four parting storeys. We and our partners

can offer complete production or manufacture for you in series. We help you

to increase your productivity.

Plastic injection molds for mikrosystems technology

With miniaturization the demand for ever smaller plastic parts is increasing.

For the most delicate plastic parts with a piece weight of 1/100 g, we offer

high-performance tools with up to 32 cavities.

Injection molding tools for tests

We offer tools for tests with hardened inserts. In the phase of A and B

patterns or pre-series, you need injection molds.

No problem, the tool is hardened not until you are ready. We start with

multiple tools with one insert or one cavity. If you are successful, we add the

other inserts or cavities. You need a small correction - we always support you

effectively and competently.

Precision injection mold

Together with our partners we develop and manufacture high-precision plastic

parts. We assume responsibility for the serial production of plastic parts in the

industrial sectors automotive suppliers, industrial connectors, communica-

tion, electrical industry, household and medical technology.
